I NOURISH MY BODY WITH HEALTHY FOODS
Dan and I are retired, but are looking for the weekend. It seems since we retired, we have more challenges to settle. I thought with the computer age things were supposed to get better. HAHA, I thought I could enjoy life more and be able to get involved in crafts. I love to create and since I retired, I have not been able to get involved with some of my projects.
I’m in the middle of creating an ABC, number book with a story of what Jonah likes (my grandson). I’m using this program which turns pictures into coloring like pictures. I have taken some pictures of Jonah and making his own personalized coloring book. I’m hoping to finish it by Christmas.
My partner and I share a deep and powerful love for each other.
So, to start off this blog and Dan and I surely need it. I thought I would start off with 8 hrs of positive affirmations to give Dan and I a Law of Attraction boost while we meditate.
I find joy and pleasure in the simplest things in life.

Positive Affirmations (LOA) - Reprogram Your Mind (While You Sleep)
Throughout the week we practice daily affirmations which are a process of conscious thoughts or prayer that Dan and I repeat or affirm during the day.
They are usually a sentence or two, which may be the same thought on a daily basis, or may be different. We read books with daily affirmations, we find ourselves in the process of a daily affirmation by exercising with swing, or we work out at home with the aid of various exercise music YOUTUBES jumping on the trampoline. The idea of daily affirmations is that they tend to focus on a positive thought upon which you can dwell, which can uplift the mind, make you feel better about yourself, or help you feel supported by the divine. It’s a great way to heal your body and is what helps us manage our medical issues.
We take daily affirmations quite seriously, and find that these moments of thoughtful concentration help keep us focused and balanced throughout the day.
“I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and doggone it, people like me.” While this is a silly interpretation of the practice, it should be noted that things like praying daily, or boosting self-esteem with a simple thought are not a bad thing, and help us stay centered and focused on a positive approach to living.
We practice and incorporate swing daily affirmations into our practice. Joel Osteen and spiritual sayings also is a form of our daily affirmations. Walking up to 3 miles daily also helps with our daily affirmations, we are able to spend quality time together. This is a great time to just bond and talk about everyday life.
If you have noticed, every day I do a spiritual video; this is another form of affirmation. With regular practice, affirmations alter your brain so that you think differently, feel better, and reach goals more easily.
I feel joy and contentment at this moment right now.
Before I continue on with land pollution, I would like to recap agricultural activities, which does affect our food we eat. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!
First, we all need to know what organic means. It’s much more than just going to the store and getting food that say ORGANIC.

Mistakes and setbacks are stepping stones to my success because I learn from them.
Yesterdays blog, I put a video on WHAT’S AT BRUNCH AT SHERRY'S ❓ and can you guess what ingredients is used!
INGREDIENTS (FOR TWO) – four slices of gluten free bread, olive oil, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, peppers, herbs, a whole sweet potato and spices of your choice.
1. Add a little of olive oil in a pan with some spices.
2. Add two slices of eggplant along with slice sweet potato wedges.
3. Sauté until all sides get golden brown.
4. In another pan add olive oil, then put diced mushrooms and tomatoes along with onions and sauté them together until they get golden brown.
5. Pour them out into a bowl and use the same pan to put red peppers, cut long ways in to sauté them until golden brown.
6. As you are cooking the vegetables, toast the bread.
7. Now, your ready to put the sandwich together.
8. I added a tangerine to garish the plate.
Bon appetite, Yummy. Simple and very delicious.
