POLLUTION IS NOTHING BUT THE RESOURCES WE ARE NOT HARVESTING
Wednesday is a day in the middle of the week that is just two days away from the weekend. It is often considered a difficult day to get through. Nevertheless, this aspect of the day is often found in a more amusing way, and for the same reason it’s also referred to as the “Hump Day”.
Wednesdays are the open door to a new world – new vistas, new aims, new plans, new things… So, lets get started. Happy Wednesday! Have a Bright and Beautiful Day!
Dan and I, during this corona virus era bought a trampoline for exercise. Our gym in the complex closed and have not reopened yet, so other than walking and Qigong we have incorporated rebounding into our schedule. Working out on a mini-trampoline, which is also known as a re-bounder, is an effective and convenient way to get fit. There are a variety of exercises that are done to target specific muscles or just to improve cardiovascular function. However, rebounding is unique as it uses both acceleration and deceleration to work on every cell in your body in a distinctive way.

Continuing on air pollution, Air pollution is the introduction of harmful substances in the air that results in detrimental impacts to the environment and humanity. Air pollution simply makes air unclean or contaminated. It occurs when harmful substances such as foreign gases, odors, dust, or fumes are released in the air at levels that can harm the comfort or health of animals and humans, or even destroy plant life.
Examples of air pollutants (substances that pollute the air) include hydrocarbons, organic compounds, dust particles, carbon monoxide, sulfur oxides, and nitrogen oxides. Air pollution results from both human and natural activities. Emissions from power plants present a perfect example of human activities contributing to air pollution whereas volcanic eruptions and forest fires are some of the natural aspects.
Until tomorrow, visual pollution is more poisonous than any other pollution because it kills the soul.
Tomorrow, I’m going to blog on the first of substances that causes air pollution; hydrocarbons. This is an organic compound consisting entirely of hydrogen and carbon.
