REACH OUT

Hello Our Followers,

Let’s reach out and touch someone by calling, keeping in touch, letting them know that you care. During times like these, it’s always nice to get a call or text with a special message. I call my mom everyday and it makes me feel good. I know she feels good. Likewise, I text my daughter everyday to let her know we love her. This special message only takes a minute or two to let them know you care.

I also through this blog reach out to you with knowledge and care. I wrote these pieces several years ago.

I REACH OUT TO YOU

It’s been awhile since I last posted my own words. I am doing awesome, the question is how are you all. Each day I reach out to all of you through my blog to have you question what is happening to us. I am not a doctor nor do I practice being one, but I am a caring person that has managed my own cancer with the help of passionate doctors.

I have posted throughout my journey and the healing progress of my illness all about preventing cancer and other diseases naturally. With hard work and research, I have gained a lot of knowledge on how our bodies with the proper intake can cure its self. The main ingredient is the food we eat. I know you are getting tired of hearing this, but it is true. We are what we eat! I have learned this the hard way. One step that I took this past couple of years was a lifestyle food change. I am sure glad I did, it not only saved my life, but helped me be a more grounded person.

Another step in the right direction is to change the way of thinking on chemicals. What we kill to protect our crops, what we bath in, what we drink, and what we put on our bodies will cause many types of illnesses. It is a known fact that it does cause cancer. There are ways to keep bugs off of our crops, there are organic products that we can use that do not have poison in them, and we can control what water we drink.

Mediation along with prayer also is part of a healing process. With the proper spiritual guidance, you can overcome any impossible outcome. There is this saying that I keep in my thoughts that nothing is impossible if you believe in what you do.

I am reaching out through this blog so people that are going through what I went through or knows someone that is can gain knowledge before they make a choice that will cost part of their life or all of it. I hope that this is truly helping people with their decision making.

Knowledge is power and through my treatments I was blessed with a positive outcome and will continue to share any updates that come up along with sharing articles and information to better one’s health naturally.

Enjoy life to the fullest, stop and smell the roses for you are only here on earth once.

Yesterday we started to hunker down, but on Saturday.

THE BLAME GAME!!

Since I have been blogging about both myself and my husband’s experiences with cancer, I have had some comments from individuals that feel that they have been blamed for getting their cancer.

One remark was that because they did not eat the right foods or because of the environment in which they live. First and foremost, I have never felt that I was to blame for my cancer and feel sad for anyone that feels that way.

This blog is not to make anyone feel blamed, but to educate one on how to better manage their lives for prevention and further recurrence. Throughout my healing and managing my cancer I have gathered knowledge that I wish I had known prior. There is no blame but education ~ KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.

I was watching this TV program the other day and something was mentioned that life is about learning everyday something new. This is what gives us knowledge to apply in living. I would like to think that this blog is helping someone that wants to think outside the box and try something new. This is the reason why I had decided to publicize my choice of treatment and also to post other types other than the conventional ways. There is so much out there for us to check out and choose from.

A True story of a married couple that experienced cancer with functional medicine and managed after with a life style change.

I haven't forgotten that I am just one person,

That I am but one voice attempting to stand out from the crowd.

I know that I can't sit here and expect my words to create change without reason.

I can see if I don't educate and try to make a change, then I can't expect anyone to follow my world.

I can feel that time is slipping by me, that it will be gone if I just stand still.

I have heard that there are a million other voices that sound like mine, that want also to be heard.

I've been told that it's not enough to wish for dreams that I have to work them into reality.

Your voice, your opinion-- mean something.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!!

You are one drop, but together we can make an ocean.

Let's think outside the box, and let your voice, your opinion--be heard.

What blessings are inexhaustible, unlimited?

As I end this day, I wanted to ask if any one had trouble at the grocery store with long lines, products or food that was running out? Dan and I walked to the store on Saturday and there was very little dairy as well as meat, however we were able to get this organic pineapple. I cut it up yesterday and I was amazed how ripe and delicious it was. I then made buckwheat pancakes with pineapple mmm good.

I spoke to my daughter; my son-in-law, her and my grandson are hunkering down for the time being. They are going to work from their home. Right now, they are working on a schedule for him on activities. I found a couple of ideas that would help the parents that have children that are out of school during this period.
