Hello Followers,

Welcome to Tuesday!

The first step in seeking happiness is learning.

If you do not go after what you want, you will never have it.

If you do not ask, the answer is always no.

If you do not step forward, you are always in the same place.

Today remind yourself that everything we experience in life is a mixture of many things, and you do not have to simplify your feelings to draw meaning from your experiences.

How many times have you turned down an opportunity because you did not think you were good enough?

Once or twice?

A handful of times?

Or is it just too many to count?


What if today, you stopped listening to negative thoughts?

And you stopped living in the shadows of people's opinions.

What if you started walking around with your head a little higher?

And your smile, a little brighter.

The only person who can judge you is you.

And the only person who can decide how much you are worth is you.

So, take a deep breath and say aloud, I am enough!

I am enough for everything I want to do with my life and everything I want to achieve.

We like to separate success and failure into neat categories, piles of victory and defeat.

But reality is not so simple and straightforward.
