Welcome to Tuesday!

YOUR SPIRIT IS THE life force within your body.

Spiritual energy itself is hard to define.

Hard to measure.

And harder to control.

In a sense, it is literally everything.

This unseen force binds the universe together in harmonious function.

This is a force that can dictate moments of life that exist beyond our control, but we can also harness it partially, imperfectly, and impermanently.

A good way to think about the concept of spiritual energy is to consider a lazy afternoon.

As your eyes grow heavy, the choice that faces you is whether to go and take a nap or go for a run.

Napping can rid your body of some of the tired feelings it had before, but you may wake up groggy.

That is because it does not add energy as a run would.

Taking a mid-afternoon jog and getting your heart rate elevated is a way to harness the energy from your surrounding world.

Soulful, spiritual energy is similar.

The harnessing of it requires diligent practice.

When you feel irritated, you might “nap” by yelling, tapping your foot, or complaining to a friend.

If, instead, you were to sit with that irritation, meditate and breathe through it; you may harness the spiritual energy from it and grow.

You are a beautiful being, and your feelings, personality, and essence make you who you are.

Everything you experience is a way to feed your spirit.

Some things nourish you while others drain you.

To know the difference, notice how you feel with each experience.

Your spirit is a gauge, a navigation tool to keep you alive and well.

If something is depleting your life force, redirect your energy toward something more nourishing.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This guided meditation for self-love and happiness centers around taking time for self-care by connecting with and nurturing your spirit.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

Until Wednesday, we have control over energy, frequency, and vibration.

Through meditation, mindfulness, and thought/affirmation exercises,

we can alter our personal energy and frequency and the rate at which we vibrate.

This, in turn, will alter the things we attain and retain and the truths we attract into our lives.
