Be not afraid of going slowly, be afraid only of standing still.

Hello Followers

Welcome to Tuesday!

Do you stop and smell the roses?

While it is important to focus on time management and productivity when it comes to goal setting and achieving, there is another side of the story.

It is imperative to slow down, be grateful, and relax.

When it comes to working and achieving goals, setting limits is so important.

Priorities + Focus = the satisfaction of a rewarding life and the time to enjoy it.

We lead busy lives.

We jump from work to family, to friends, to appointments, to shopping.

And so, the list goes on.

There is always something that needs doing.

Always somewhere to be and something to check off the list.

It is exhausting, both mentally and physically.

But what if you slowed down and lightened the load, just enough to enjoy life a little more?

To watch more sunsets, sip more coffee, and find a little bit of calm.

Life is undeniably precious.

And with every hour of every day, there are memories to make and hold onto.

Surely, that is reason enough to rush a little less and enjoy a little more.

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

July 25th

BALMY SUMMER MORNINGS remind us to take things a little slower and revel in the season of play.

Summer lasts for only a short time.

This is the time when the sun lingers in the sky.

Take a cue from the sun by taking your time.

Feeling rushed robs us of experiencing the moment.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, notice any unnecessary tasks that steal your time.

Take the time to really experience what matters and let go of the rest.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

Today’s meditation is all about slowing down and letting go of the need to rush through life.

As Ferris Bueller says: life moves fast. If you do not stop and look around occasionally, you could miss it.

So, let us take a moment to slow down and create a cadence of calm from which we can really feel and see the beauty of our now and all the rich treasures it holds.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Wednesday, it does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.
