Do not ever let fear hold you back. Fear was the fuel for every great achievement that ever was.

Hello followers,

Good morning!

Happy Wednesday, it is halfway through the work week.

In about two weeks Dan and I are going to visit our daughter.

Getting excited, cannot wait to see our daughter and grandkids.

Always love creating new memories.

Are you ready to continue the seven steps for helping you get unstuck and get into action to achieve your goals?

How to release old trauma from your nervous system and start retraining it with new empowering ways of being in the world.

Today the fifth step, of the two thoughts that you wrote down yesterday, which one FEELS better?

Which thought gives you more room to breathe?

How does the tension, the energy in your body shift and move when you focus on the positive opposite of the previous negative thought or belief?

Fun Fact: Did you know that everything is made up of energy?

Yes! Every part of you is just energy.

Your emotions are energy too!

Until tomorrow, step six –

Since this is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, every post this week; I will share something that I have written or done in the past that has to do with this very topic.

Written by me on Saturday, October 11, 2014

This month look around you and see all the products that are in pink.

This is supposed to represent Breast Cancer Awareness.

I suppose for some this helps them feel there is a purpose for the cause.

I just sit back as a breast cancer survivor and honor all that have passed from this disease.

We need to put our money into researching, how to manage this and its cause.

For the past four years I have done a lot of research on other methods that treat cancer.

I take pink to another level, using it with my passion and love to direct it toward the cause.

A lot of the products that use the tool of pink this month are the causes.

If you do not believe me look up the ingredients of the products and you will see.

This world is big and other countries are using methods that are not accepted by the FDA.

For me, my insurance company stated that it was an experimental procedure and would not cover it.

Lesson learned; it worked and that is all that counts…

I am alive and had no surgery, chemo nor radiation.

We all have choices, and it is all right to buy pink, just remember that life is not about that ~it is about knowledge.

So today, consider all the walks and events that you attend, and honor the ones that passed on from this disease, along with the concept of awareness.

If only my aunts that left us with breast cancer tried the methods that I used.

I feel now I would be able to hug them today.

So, put your money like me into pink to understand the cause and not the cure.

Because it can be cured by knowing the cause. I am proof….

OCTOBER 12th, Dan, and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about October that is so significant during this month?

National Freethought Day – October 12, 2022

National Freethought Day is celebrated on October 12 every year.

It is an irony that it has taken so long for us to celebrate and raise awareness about something as basic as independent thinking.

Every free and democratic citizen must be allowed to enjoy the freedom of political, educational, and scientific thinking.

Yet humans have always been cynical about unique or independent thinkers.

Famous persons such as Einstein, Newton, Da Vinci, Galileo, Jesus, and many more were ostracized, penalized, and even executed because the majority did not agree with their thinking.

National Freethought Day cultivates an environment of understanding and freedom.

There is a reason National Freethought Day is celebrated on October 12: On this day in 1692, William Phips, the then governor of colonial Massachusetts, wrote a letter to the British monarchs expressing concern about how the Salem Witch Trials were heard and prosecuted according to spectral evidence.

He complained that the entire evidence upon which judgment was executed was someone’s beliefs and dreams.

In the Salem Witch Trials, almost all the evidence were assumptions that a person engaged in consorting with devils; there was no definite proof.

William Phips, therefore, following mass protests and agitation, stopped the Salem Witch Trials.

In 1994 organizations such as Freethought Society, American Humanist Association, and Secular Coalition for America initiated the celebrations for Freethought.

And although the Salem Witch Trials were abolished in 1693, persecution for free-thinking continues to date.

History bears witness that those who, instead of following society’s norm and convention, chose a different (often eccentric) path were either greatly rewarded or severely opposed and ostracized.

That one’s ideas contradict established norms does not make one any less deserving to be heard.

If freedom of thought were outlawed, we would have been denied some of the most brilliant discoveries, inventions, and creations that humankind has achieved.

National Freethought Day celebration began in 1994, but it took another four years before it became popular and celebrated all over the country.

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

As we grow, smells become associated with experiences.

Take the smell of Christmas, for example; most people would associate it with a whiff of pine mixed with mandarin, complemented by a strong dash of clove or nutmeg.

And maybe a perfecting touch of brandy and roast turkey.

The smells of Christmas are an important part of the festivities, creating anticipation and a sense of pleasure.

Continue tomorrow-

As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.

Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.

Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.

It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.

Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.

It is important to know how it works!

Germs and Viruses????

Continuing from yesterday, I have included Professor Baron's remarks for two important reasons.

Without realizing it, the professor has clearly illustrated the fundamental errors in thinking that have prevented any worthwhile progress in medicine for over one hundred years:

1. The unswerving belief in the monomorphic nature of germs despite all the evidence they are polymorphic, a phenomenon witnessed and described by Professor Baron himself.

2. The belief that germs and viruses are dangerous bits of alien life out to harm us.

The professor has indeed correctly interpreted Nature's laws as far as Nature is desirous that germs and men should co-exist harmoniously, but he fails to realize that to achieve this state of perfect symbiosis we do not have to look far ahead into the future at all; because it is available to us right now and always has been.

Whether germs behave like dangerous bits of alien life or like inconspicuous particles is entirely up to us and how we choose to look after our milieu interieur.

And in case you think that antibiotics and vaccines offer a way to cheat the system, I suggest that would be as dangerous an error as ever medical science has devised.

Nature cannot be fooled, and her justice is uncompromising.

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Do not ever let fear hold you back. Fear was the fuel for every great achievement that ever was. #donotever#fear😱 #holdyouback#fuel#everygreatachievement#achievement#thateverwas#inspirational

Until Thursday, we stay in unhappy situations due to our fears.

You will prevail and circumstances will get better once you let go of what is holding you back.
