Well, we made it to Wednesday, hump day! Life gives us ups and downs, but - when one door closes, it’s not the end of the world. The universe may simply be redirecting you to another opportunity. Don’t feel discouraged.



There is a well-known saying of Alexander Graham Bell, which says: “When one door closes, another one opens, but we so often look so long and so regretfully upon the closed door that we do not see the ones which open for us”. Doors are also a sign of transition from different stages in life.



IN THE DIFFICULT TIMES, KEEP BELIEVING IN YOURSELF


There are times in life when things are not perfect, when problems seem to surround you.


As you look for a way through any problems that may occur, it’s important to keep a positive attitude about your life and where you are going. You may wonder if you’re making the right choices. You may wonder about how things will turn out if you take a different road. But you are a strong and motivated individual who will rise to meet the challenges that face you. In the middle of our day its work, taking care of business (everyday things) and toward the end of the day we go out walking. Sometimes we will leave early and go to a park, getting some nature.



We love hearing the birds chirp and the water running in the creeks. This gives us peace of mind.


Every post that Dan and I share with you daily, we physically experience. We keep moving forward, opening new doors and doing new things, because we're curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths of good health. HEALTH IS WEALTH!

Take some time out for a daydream. You may need some practice at this, so sit yourself in a quiet room and think back to a really happy place. It could be your childhood home, a deserted beach or a hike in the mountains. Remember how the sun felt on your skin, the smells and sounds around you, along with the happiness and contentment you felt.
