Forgive others not because they deserve forgiveness, but because you deserve peace.

Hello followers,

Thank goodness its Friday, Dan and I had been exploring the roads yesterday.

Finally made it to Florida, while Dan was looking forward to his free orange juice at the welcome center. We made it across the Georgia/Florida border yesterday around 5:00 o’clock and Dan was heading toward the welcome center. What a bummer, to our surprise the center was closed and no orange juice for Dan this evening.

Will he ever forgive the fact that they closed too early?

How Do You Forgive Even When It Feels Impossible? Forgiveness isn't something you do for the other person.

Whether it's a spouse who was unfaithful, a parent who let you down as a child, or a friend who shared something told in confidence, we all must face the question of whether and how to forgive.

After you are wronged and the initial wave of emotion has passed, you're presented with a new challenge: Do you forgive the person? By forgiving, you let go of your grievances and judgments and allow yourself to heal. While this may sound good in theory, in practice forgiveness can sometimes feel impossible.

MY JOURNEY OF COMPLETION (Body, Heart and Soul) – Enjoy Life While Managing Cancer

CAJITITLAN - Jan 24, 2016

Two weeks ago, our friend Tom took us on a day trip to explore this town and around the area. Experienced much more than the surroundings; such as the food. Check out the movie of our day.

Cajititlán Laguna Lake was part of the great state of Jalisco in Mexico. It is located in the municipality of Tlajomulco de Zuniga in the metropolitan area 25 minutes from peripheral Guadalajara on the road to Chapala.

The meaning of the name comes from the Nahuatl Cajititlán root "caxitl" meaning bowl, bowl, gourd or recipiente.

The lake has a variety of fish among which are, crappie, carp, chub, tilapia, popocha among others. Here it is permitted to fish, measuring 3 inches as the minimum unit. The lagoon is a depth of 4 meters on average, expanding to a great length, and with a great tradition of each village adjacent to the lagoon.

In Cajititlán it is celebrated the feast of the Holy Kings, January 6th, several hundred people from all over the world come to see crafted figures ride a boat in the lagoon Cajititlán. The people bring their children, who range from the largest to infant to see Melchor the King with the white beard along with the two other kings.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

Continuing blogging on the herb - PARSLEY. Parsley can be used in many different ways to support almost every aspect of your health. Yesterday the topic ended on the anti-inflammatory properties of parsley. Today I’m blogging on using parsley as a remedy for various physical ailments.

The Ancient Greeks are known for using parsley as a remedy for various physical ailments.

The social elite would bathe in water with crushed fresh parsley to allow their skin to absorb the healing anti-inflammatory properties of the herb.

Parsley contains significant quantities of vitamin C, a potent antioxidant that helps with eradicating the free radicals that cause damage to skin cells. Along with vitamin C, parsley also contains polyphenol antioxidants that stimulate collagen production.

Collagen is an essential protein responsible for new skin and bone cell production and development. Collagen is also critical for digestive health, and it plays a significant role in reducing systemic inflammation in the body.

The polyphenols found in the herb also have skin lightening properties, that were of high importance to the Greek elite, as people with dark skin were working-class laborers.

You can utilize the potent skin benefits of parsley by adding it to the ingredients list for a natural face mask to stop the signs of aging.

THIS IS AN ENCLOSURE – will be at the end of all the blogs, for I stress; this daily routine will heal and keep your body cells happy.

Yesterday, we explored two parks; one was a rest area. This is where we had our breakfast.

Oh, how I love nature and a picnic. Later in the day we were outside of Savanah, GA. The Park had tall trees with moss hanging from the branches. As we were eating our late lunch, Dan was telling me his story of the first time he visited Florida and how he discovered moss.

As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).

I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!!

Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!

Also, meditation videos, help to lower stress and is also one of the first steps to making your cells happy; click on . Again, they are no more than 10 to 20 mins and they are guided meditations.

“Surrender is a gift that you can give yourself. It’s an act of faith. It’s saying that even though I can’t see where this river is flowing, I trust it will take me in the right direction.” ~ Debbie Ford

We are still working on Qigong video’s to be posted on the website for easy access, until now you can go to the blog and on the right-hand side are hash # tag words, just click on the word #walk #Qigong #meditation. The post will pop up and then you can begin. Have fun with it!
