Forgiveness to another says, I love myself more than I dislike your actions toward me.

Hello followers,

Wow it is hump day already!

And Wednesday morning can suck.

But the only thing standing between you and a wonderful Wednesday are good thoughts, and inspirational sayings are just the thing for a happy hump day.

Check out some of Dan and my motivational mini videos, they will always make good things happen for you on any day of the week, even Wednesdays!

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

March 29th

AS TREES BEGIN TO BUD, their blossoms showcase a burst of color before leaves fill up the branches.

For a short time, the blossoms create a canopy with their delicate petals.

This short period signals newness and growth.

The tree survived the winter and celebrated by showing off its beauty.

If you are going through a period of change, remember that change is a beautiful process.

You are blossoming and will ultimately feel the fullness of this transition.

Monday Dan and I blogged on how important WORDS play in our everyday lives.

And how words can change your mood.

You can take any word and turn it into something related to your health.

Let us take the word FORGIVENESS for example.

Anyone can hold a grudge, but it takes a person with character to forgive.

When you forgive, you release yourself from the painful burden.

Forgiveness does not mean that person should still be welcomed in your life.

It just means you have made peace with the pain and are ready to let it go.

Forgiveness means only to let go of resentment toward a person or event.

It means to accept that it happened and move on from there. It does not mean to pretend it never happened at all.

How do you make peace with pain?

If it was toward a person, a time in your life, or an entire childhood, recognize first that you can be grateful that that time is over.

What remains today is a memory.

If ten years were spent living in that pain, know that from this day forward, you get to live without it.

Keep your mind in the present.

See the positives.

Today is better than any of those days, and you appreciate good people more because of it.

There were lessons in there that you never have to learn again.

You are here.

Now you are truly free to live.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Thursday, compassionate reflection allows you to see yourself from a different perspective. As time passes, the person you become will detach from yet understanding the person you were. Choices and circumstances can then be viewed as they were and accepted as they were,

and negative emotion can be released.
