Life is a balance between giving and receiving.

The more you give, the more abundance will fill your life with joy.

When we give cheerfully and accept gratefully, everyone is blessed. –Maya Angelou

You have probably heard It is better to give than to receive.

It would be difficult to find someone who would say otherwise.

The act of giving brings out positive feelings and emotions for both the giver and the receiver, making it one of the most important exchanges you can have with someone.

So yes, it is better to give than to receive.

However, to better understand giving, you must also understand the importance of receiving.

Giving and receiving are both aspects of the same flow of energy in the universe.

It is therefore important to be both a good giver and a good receiver.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

THERE IS A SOFT BEAUTY in receiving and accepting.

Sometimes it can be difficult to receive gifts, praise, or help.

When we resist and do not accept, we deny ourselves the energy of worthiness.

Life is a balance of giving and receiving.

When we give, it feels incredible.

The same can be said of accepting if we allow ourselves to soften into it.

Practice receiving today.

When someone compliments you or extends assistance, simply say thank you.

Notice how it feels to receive and not resist.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This is a guided meditation that focuses on the breath.

Breathe in ease and peace with each inhale.

Let go of stress and anxiety with each exhale.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
