I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples.

Happy Weekend!

This past week taught me to not push away your greatest desires by labeling them a fantasy or impossibility.

It was about hoping to create a brighter future.

Desire has a lot to do with hope.

It is an energy, a driver of hope and driven by hope, an invisible force that wants to make itself visible in the world, and your desire needs you to become tangible.

And you need it to feel most alive.

If the news upsets you, or you are suffering in your own life, know that there is transformation available to you.

Suffering is an ally; it is one thing that causes a strong yearning to not suffer, to desire something better.

Having this relationship with suffering is a deep practice.

It is often uncomfortable, but in the discomfort, if you stay, you will find something greater than comfort: you will find desire linking you to a brighter future.

Deep desire is an opening to a higher self who believes in a new way of living.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

TODAY IS THE PERFECT DAY to create the change you desire.

Life is too short to dwell in misery, hoping that someday things will change.

You could make a million excuses as to why right now is not the right time, but then you will never find the perfect time to do anything.

Perfection is an illusion.

If we keep waiting for the stars to align, we will reach the end of our lives regretting that we never tried.

Stop the waiting game and act toward the change you want.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
