It gets better: there's a light at the end of the tunnel.
SERIES ON BELIEVING
Its Friday! Hurray, what were you doing ten years ago? Dan and I have been blogging for several years on our journey of cancer.
It started ten years ago when we chose to go to Mexico for treatment. Since then, I have been showing through experience that there are other methods to treat cancer then surgery, chemo or radiation. Both Dan and I have done this without the conventional way and are still here to talk about it.
So, if you were wondering about what goes into blogging! A blog is also known as Weblog. It is a personal online diary or you can say journal which allows you to share your thoughts and ideas, you can add video, games, pictures, music, and you can read comments that visitors leave on your blog. You can do all these things without the need of any programming knowledge.
Blogging is the act of posting content on a blog (a Web log or online journal) or posting comments on someone else's blog.
Blogging is very popular today because it allows people to interact with each other. Blogging has also become a popular search engine optimization (SEO) tool because search engines like Google and Yahoo know that a blog is frequently updated with content or visitor comments.
Dan and I are very thankful to our followers and are blessed for each of you for 10 years, 521 weeks, or 87,672 hours, or 5,260,320 minutes, or 315,619,200 seconds. There have been some lows, but also some highs
It may take one day; it may take ten years. But one day, you will find happiness if you manifest it. Put that energy out, and it'll come back. By Lil Xan
LIFE IS THE 🎨 ART
On the road to your dreams
May you meet every challenge you are faced with, recognize every precious opportunity and be blessed with the knowledge that you have the ability to make every day special.
May you be strong enough to keep your hopes alive. May you always be gentle enough to understand.
May you know that you hold tomorrow within your hands that the way there will be shared with the makings of what will be your most wonderful memories. By R. L. Keith
Don’t forget to treasure the journey
Remember all you have learned; knowledge is the fuel for achievement. Reflect on the lessons of life learned so far; they can add up to a priceless wisdom. Appreciate the gift of choice available to you; choose wisely and you will live well. Listen to your inner voice; it is the most important connection between your head and heart. Leave self-doubt behind; it serves only to make you hesitate. Never stop questioning, searching and reaching; they are the only ways to stretch your mind and soul. No matter what you do in this life, remember it is never about the treasures you acquire; its about making certain it is a life treasure. By Lisa Crofton
Friday Meditation - Daily guided meditation series
meditations, one for each day of the week.
Put yourself first
When you agree to meet up with friends, work late or attend a party, often you are doing it because you feel it is the right thing to do. You may feel bound by your commitment to your job or your friendships and feel that saying no could have negative consequences.
When you start to put yourself above others, you can say yes to all the things you want to do and how, when you need to say no! This will ensure your energy levels and mood remain high and will help you live a more balanced life, because you won’t feel forced into situations that don’t work for you.
CROSSROADS OF LIFE
When you are standing at a crossroad in your life, realize that the greatest block that you can put in front of your self is the idea that there is a 'right' choice. #standing #crossroad #life #realize #greatest #self #infront #choice #inspiration #motivation
Creating work boundaries
Working nine to five as Dolly Parton sang is unfortunately a thing of the past. Who can honestly say they don’t check their emails or answer calls out of work hours? If your boss emails you on the off time, with a question or task that needs to be completed, its hard to say no even if you’re at home.
To put a stop to this, activate your out-of-office with a clear message detailing your working hours before you pack up for the day. Then switch your mind off work until you’re back in the office and don’t look at those emails either.

Ready to walk and reduce stress: 1 Mile Happy Walk [Walk at Home 1 Mile]
Let’s Make this a HAPPY day with ONE HAPPY MILE!
“Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” — Leo Buscaglia
First, my thanks goes out to the power of faith in God. Through faith I felt the courage and strength to express my thoughts in words for the creation of this blog. The passion after experiencing this illness first hand upsets me that we are not given choices.
Second, I give a big kiss to my soul mate and husband for standing behind me with the decision to think out of the box and going to Mexico. He gave a special gift: my life back.
Third to give my daughter, a big hug for giving the strength to continue a path to express one’s true love.
I also thank my family, friends and you for all the thoughts and prayers, which helped to give the power of healing.
Finally, the three wonderful doctors in my life: Dr. Perez, whom I admire for his passion and love of medicine, Dr. Garcia who gives knowledge of functional medicine; along with Dr. Walton, who took care of and supported me in the states. All have given me quality of life!
Until Saturday, never mind what the ‘people’ think of you! They may overestimate or underestimate you! Until they discover your real worth, your success depends mainly upon what you think of yourself and whether you believe in yourself. You can succeed if nobody else believes it; but you will never succeed if you don’t believe in yourself
