It is not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up.

Hello followers,

Time to relax and reflect on the week ahead.

Let us move ahead.

Use the power of your imagination to help you live a healthy life.

Imagine you write a script for your future that is exciting, engaging, and possible.

You smile and are forming a memory or wish in your brain, which releases the neurotransmitters that bring you joy.

— ROBIN HORNSTEIN, PHD

Benefits to having positive beliefs and expectations abound.

It takes the same amount of time to write a negative story which can bring your mood down.

These positive beliefs and dreams affect our mental wellbeing and can improve sleep and intimacy with those around you.

Some people meditate on manifesting their dreams, and you know what?

Sometimes they achieve them.

RECAP OF THE WEEK-

You cannot reach what is in front of you until you let go of what is behind you.

If you are brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello.

Where are you moving? I said, onto better things.

You do not have to have it all figured out to move forward. Just take the next step.

Stay on your toes and always move forward.

You cannot expect to move forward if your emergency break is on.

Press forward. Do not stop, do not linger in your journey, but strive for the mark set before you.

As Dan and I have been sharing and continuing the book from last week, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 4; SENSORY/AWAKENING

THE BALANCING ACT

As you now know, for the past several posts Dan and I have been sharing the TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION book that is full of ideas, and exercises.

It has ways you can use your senses to help you find a better sense of relaxation of your life.

I highly recommend you getting a hold of the book or even going back through our posts.

The beauty of all the suggestions is that they are all easy to do in about ten minutes.

This makes any of the approaches available to you whenever you need.

Many of them are easy to do at work or while on the move.

The idea is that by starting to choose to spend ten-minutes periods here and there doing sensory or creative things for yourself and other people.

Gradually you will begin to build a new framework for yourself that will help you to relax, manage stress, and ease anxiety.

Continue tomorrow-

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

March 5th

A LIFE OF CONTENTMENT abounds with gratitude.

when you feel that things are not the way they should be, find the things that are.

shift your attention to the positive aspects of life to cultivate a content heart.

when contentment grows, our perception of reality changes and the things that used to bother us do not hold much power.

our minds are powerful, and if we focus our attention on gratitude and positive thoughts, contentment is a result.

what are you grateful for today?

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
