It is often the small steps, not the giant leaps, which bring about the most lasting change.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

Finding motivation and inspiration to power through life's daily obstacles can be tough.

Let alone if tragedy or conflict is in the way of an optimistic outlook.

The stress in your career, relationships and in life can take a mental toll before you know it.

Taking the time to look to other inspiring leaders, both within your own circle and the world at large, can help keep the flame of positivity burning bright within your life.

Dan and I are going out today to a Kite Festival, just picturing kites blowing in the wind with the mountains topping over them seems to bring me a satisfying day.

So, as we have been exploring words and how it effects our health, I welcome you to check out the past two weeks posts with words such as, time, faith, self-worth, happiness, encouragement, self-talk, optimism, karma, forgiveness, trust, appreciation, thoughts and words, power, rebuilding, passion, confidence, connection, and transitioning.

Today the word is motivation.

Even when life’s demands seem challenging, there are easy activities that can boost your mood and get you back in the game.

Motivation - sometimes, it comes to you easily, and other times it can seem completely out of reach.

Feeling motivated to complete a task or check an extra item off the to-do list can be very satisfying.

But when you cannot find the motivation to get up and go, it can feel like you are in a slump that you just cannot climb out of.

You might let chores pile up, push deadlines to their limits, or find just enough effort to get through things that you would typically enjoy.

Feeling unmotivated can be a challenge, but slumps and ruts do not have to last forever.

Easy, daily tips can boost your motivation and get you back to feeling like you are ready to take on the world.

Motivation is personal and unique, what it looks like and how it is initiated are often specific to you.

When you become overwhelmed at work or in your personal life, it can be easy to want to do just enough to make it through a task.

But when we just exist and let the days and hours slip by us, we miss opportunities to gain experience, grow, and enjoy the blessings that this life provides.

You may want to say goodbye to your lack of motivation and find new ways to push yourself outside of your comfort zone.

Here are some quick lifestyle changes you can make today to help get you moving in the right direction, exercise, competitive fun, personal organization, nutrition, sleep, turning up the tunes, along with supportive people.

We all get stuck in a slump, get knocked down, or worry that we cannot recover our motivation and drive to succeed from time to time.

For whatever reason, whether it be the daily demands of life or the anxiety that others do not believe that you can succeed, a lack of motivation can impact your overall well-being.

Negative thoughts are usually a false narrative that we tell ourselves, which works only to further keep us down and out.

The truth is, the extrality, actionable activities that can turn your lack of motivation into a desire for success, and asking for help, whether from a friend, family member, or a medical professional, can provide you with the extra support and guidance for getting back your motivation.

So, this weekend look to other inspiring leaders, both within your own circle and the world at large and get motivated.

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

APRIL 15th

PEACE COMES WHEN WE INVITE it in like a welcome guest.

As peace enters our souls, we feel an expansion where anxiety and sorrow once were.

When peace arrives, we feel lighter.

To prepare your soul for peace, take the time to breathe, clearing the clutter of your mind and opening to expansion of your spirit.

Welcome peace in by releasing the tight grasp of anxiety and sorrow.

Let go of the pain so that peace can soothe.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

Guided Positive Motivation Meditation - Energy and Focus

This guided meditation session will help to build inner motivation, bringing you greater energy and focus.

Take this time to center yourself, become present, and deepen the connection between mind and body.

The ambient background music has a boost at 432hz to promote deep healing, stop overthinking, and train the mind to be still yet motivated.

You are capable of great things, just let the energy and positive mindset come out within you!

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Sunday, there is always light. If only we were brave enough to see it.

If only we are brave enough to be it.

HAPPY WEEKEND!
