Know that everything is in perfect order whether you understand it or not.

Hello followers,

Happy weekend!

Today would be the perfect day to practice letting go!

Believing you have control over uncontrollable events can have several significant implications.

It often leads people to invest time and energy into ineffective, unhelpful, or even counterproductive actions.

You might waste time or money engaging in behaviors that do not influence the outcome at all.

Those resources may have been better spent on things that do have the power to benefit your life.

While this illusion is usually viewed in a negative light, it can have positive effects.

Some of the potential upsides of the illusion of control:

It can help you feel better about yourself, believing those good things happen because of your own knowledge, skill, or effort can be beneficial for your self-concept.

It can help you feel more motivated, if you think that your own actions determine the outcome, you are more likely to work hard to achieve a goal.

It prevents feelings of helplessness, feeling like you do not have control can have powerful negative effects, including the development of learned helplessness.

This occurs when people feel that nothing, they do will make any difference.

It may inspire healthier behaviors, when people feel that their actions will impact their health, they are more likely to engage in health-focused behaviors.

As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

March 25th

NEW BEGINNINGS ARE A TIME for celebrations.

A seed must be watered to sprout.

A lot of work occurs below the soil, and when the seedling pushes through the dirt it is a sign of growth.

Growth is not a simple process.

It can be painful and gritty.

Eventually, blossoming occurs.

You are growing.

If it feels difficult, remember that you too will soon bloom.

Allow yourself the time to push through the soil.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Sunday, sometimes you must stop trying to control everything and let life happen the way it is supposed to, Tess. Even if it is not exactly the way you wanted.
