Are you all ready for the week-end?

Dan and I are enjoying our grandson, taking him to parks.


So amazed with the energy that I have, I guess its because of the excitement of enjoying spending time with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson.

If you want to get results of power within.


If you want to properly work with your power within then you have to change the way you do things.


This means no more complaining or whining.


Because you only attract what you focus on.

If you constantly complain and you are focusing on what is wrong then guess what?


You'll only attract more of what you complain about.


You'll also attract people who complain and together you'll all get exactly what you complain about.


This creates the negative cycle and you actually end up using your power within to get more of what you don't want.


So, stop complaining and stop focusing on all that is wrong in your life.


Now begin focusing on what you do want.

How many are you out there are left-handers?


I raise my left hand! When I was growing up, I learned everything right-handed; which made everything I did the wrong way.

You can feel awkward now for using it or regretful later for not using it.


There is some resistance in every chosen path, but the one that requires courage is usually the best to choose.

It leads to the real you.


People often speak of taking the path of least resistance, but in the present moment it will always seem easier to avoid than to deal with those awkward feelings.


So, it’s best to think more in terms of choices and consequences and summon that courage within.

Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.

Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.

Cruel words due to the spirit what a vacuum cleaner does to dirt, suck you in and entrap you.

Abusive behavior doesn’t just go away.


It grows in the shadows as the victim’s self-esteem weakens and the abuser becomes more captive to his own pernicious behaviors.

To stop this cycle, abuse must be recognized as wrong.


It does not matter how often its happiness, abuse is wrong.


It doesn’t matter if it targets only one individual, it is wrong.


Whether it takes place in the family or the workplace, it is wrong.


Keep in mind that allowing yourself to be abused repeatedly will cause you to lose yourself.


If a spouse is abusing you, this behavior has the potential to set horrific patterns into the lives of your children; who may grow up to allow or inflict similar abuse.

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs. In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of THYME. It’s amazing what and how thyme can help keep your body healthy?

As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).

I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!!


Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!
