Love what you do and do what you love. Passion is the key that opens the door to joy and abundance

Hello followers,

Are you ready for Monday!

Have you ever found yourself in this situation where you know what you like, yet you cannot say that you are enthusiastic about something in particular?

We frequently see our friends doing things out of pure passion, but none of those things appeal to us.

That is okay!

Sometimes it takes time to discover your true passion.

It can often be something you have never thought about, like a hidden talent or an activity that you have not even tried yet.


The other day I was speaking to a friend that I met a couple of years ago.

Recently I was inspired by her words and thought about them for many days and realized how true they are.

How can one fix something or someone that does not want fixing?

There is always a way out, it is a choice.

I have been taking part in social media for some time, Facebook, Twitter, Tumbler, Instagram, and others.

I go through my feed and read and see all these things that are happening around me, which I have no control over.

The government issues, shootings, the flu, cancer, and other problems that we as people will face in our lifetime.

We listen to and fear the issues, instead of changing the outcome.

We are brainwashed to believe their way is correct.

What ever happen to, “There are two sides to every story or two sides to every coin.

Think about It!

The shootings why are there military guns being sold on the streets in the first place.

The flu why are we not being educated on keeping our immune system up instead of putting a virus and chemicals into our bodies.

Cancer – Heart Problems – Diabetes – Other Health Problems, why are we not educating ourselves on a better lifestyle and getting healthier instead of putting chemicals that might have caused the cancer in the first place or other side effects.

I can go on, but we have choices.

Next time you hear about a shooting or someone dying of a disease or????????

Remember it is all based on money, and do they want to change, because it can be fixed if they want it.

What I have come to believe is we were given this planet with all these resources, and we are failing.

God created us to live within his means and not manmade items.

We are destroying with process foods, chemicals, radiation, and weapons that can wipeout several people.

Our lives were not intended for this.

For twelve years Dan and I have been educating ourselves to understand this and realize the only person that can fix something is yourself by surrounding oneself with others that have the same ideas.

Those who have not been brainwashed into thinking that processed foods, chemicals, and radiation are the best way of treating and healing ourselves.

If I listened to the media or even the doctor that told me I had to have surgery, chemo, or radiation I would not be here to write this today.

I chose another option without side effects and a lifestyle change, which boosted my immune system and by doing this fought the cancer and today I am better for it.

Going back to weapons by itself guns really are meant for self-defense and hunting; ok no problem, but to say we as citizens need military style weapons for that, I DO NOT THINK `SO!!

Remember think for yourself and research.

Would you jump in a lake full of alligators, just because everyone else does?

Just because one may do it, it does not mean you have to.

As Dan and I have been sharing and continuing the book from last week, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.



To prepare for tomorrows ten-minute exercise, make sure the room is warm and your friend can lie down comfortable on a mat on the floor.

Propped up on pillows and cushions.

Covered with a warm blanket.

There is no need to undress.

You need to sit or kneel beside them on whatever side is comfortable for you.

Until tomorrow’s exercise, remember a quick and reassuring hug from a friend dissolve anxiety and restores a feeling of calm.

LIVING INTENTIONALLY CREATES a soulful reason behind our actions.

When we take the time to zero in on what we want and why we want it, we can narrow in on our purpose.

Instead of allowing our thoughts to run wild.

Focusing shapes our reality.

Wherever our focus goes, growth can take place.

Creating an intention with focus will reap rewards.

In fact, it may not happen exactly as you would envision, but it will happen as it should.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
