It is time to welcome March and say goodbye to February.

Since we are starting a new month, join Dan and I to not judge and except people for who they are including yourself?



We start by forgiving ourselves!


Self-compassion is essential when learning mindfulness.



You will not be able to sustain mindfulness a hundred per cent of the time.


You may be too busy to practice or forget to practice altogether.


You may be unable to stop your mind from wandering, or you may find yourself thinking about being mindful rather than practicing being mindful!



The ability to forgive yourself at these times is crucial.

Self-compassion will enable you to pick yourself up, dust yourself off and try again.


If you beat yourself up every time you falter, you will be far less likely to stick to the kind of regular practice which will impact on your health and happiness.



THE WORD OF THE DAY- AWAKEN


Being spiritually awake means knowing yourself and your true potential while being in your higher consciousness and deeper mental awareness.



Spiritual awakening is a process that brings about a shift in one’s perspective and change in the self.


Going through a spiritual awakening usually means adjusting the way in which you perceive things.



For most of us, spiritual awakening is brought about by a life-changing event.


For others, it can be a more gradual change.
