A WATERFALL SURGES when the rain provides water to river.
As the seasons change, its power slows to a trickle and sometimes dries up.
Even when a waterfall is not surging, its effects are apparent by the erosion on the rock’s face.
Creativity is like a waterfall; it comes and goes, but its effects change the creator.
Every act of creativity leaves its mark.
Just as the rain replenishes rivers, creativity returns to pour out of the creator.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
