It is Monday!


It is time to release control and experience grace of today.


Grace is more than just being friendly or polite; it is a deep sense of acceptance and understanding that comes from a place of compassion.


Grace offers a unique perspective.


Like a river flowing freely.

It is all the blessings and kindness that allows us to receive mercy, forgiveness, love, and favor despite our shortcomings.


Since our creator gives us grace, it is important that we give grace to others.


So let us begin and move forward!

Tapping into our imagination can increase your feelings of self-esteem and confidence, lead to more positive choices, and help you thrive in healthier relationships.


So, turn on your future channel and find happy, positive scenarios to imagine.

As Dan and I have been sharing and continuing the book from last week, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.


Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.


This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.


Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!


Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.


By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 4; SENSORY/AWAKENING


THE BALANCING ACT


As with all things, it is easy to get overenthusiastic and perhaps overwhelmed; then give up!


It may be best to read through the whole book or blog post that Dan and I have been sharing, then picking out areas that particularly appeal to you.

Try one or two ideas first.


Concentrating on what is easy for you and fits with your individual lifestyle.


Feel the effects!


Notice the difference in your reactions.


Then, if you wish you can try a few more ideas.

It takes patience to change the habits of a lifestyle, your ten-minute time out periods.


You just need to unfold gently over a few months.


Then you will really be able to assess how you are doing.

EVEN WHEN WE ARE going through a drought, a blossom is just waiting to happen.


To bloom, wildflowers do not do anything but receive air, sunlight, and rain.


Sometimes we do not need to do anything but trust that what we need is on its way.

If you think life is not going the way you planned, be more like the wildflowers and patiently way for sunshine and rain.


All droughts eventually end, and the blessings will come.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
