Out with the old, in with the new! Sending you our best wishes for better days ahead.

Hello followers,

Wow, in four days we all will be turning the corner on the past year.

And this is the last Tuesday of this year.

The countdown to 2022 is in four days.

Next Saturday will start the new year.

It’s that time of year again; Christmas has come and gone; New Years is fast approaching.

For some of us, it is the perfect time of the year; it is the happiest time of the year.

This year has been a tough and certainly one of the strangest.

Every Christmas season we want it to be the happiest, most special time of the year, but is it?

Now is the time to look back and reflect on the past week, on ourselves, on our loved ones and on the past year.

Subconsciously, our brain jumps to the year ahead; what do we want out of the coming year, what can we change, how are we going to do it differently?

What are our new year’s resolutions, what are our new year’s goals?

Whatever it is, it’s often the time of reflection of seeing the past with honest, open eyes and wishing for a New Year, a New Start.

Closing the door on all that was never intended and possibly never invited but, instead, happened to us anyway.

Are you wishing 2021 away and expecting 2022 to be better?

Since it is the last week of this year, Dan and I will focus on recapping on favorite posts on this blog of 2021 in expressing the healthier tomorrow.

Jul 17, 2020

Hello Friday,

Dan and I are retired, but are looking for the weekend.

It seems since we retired, we have more challenges to settle.

I thought with the computer age things were supposed to get better.

HAHA, I thought I could enjoy life more and be able to get involved in crafts.

I love to create and since I retired, I have not been able to get involved with some of my projects.

I’m in the middle of creating an ABC, number book with a story of what Jonah likes (my grandson).

I’m using this program which turns pictures into coloring like pictures.

I have taken some pictures of Jonah and making his own personalized coloring book.

I’m hoping to finish it by Christmas.

Dan and I share a deep and powerful love for each other.

So, to start off this blog with Dan and I was surely need it.

I thought I would start off with 8 hrs. of positive affirmations to give Dan and I a Law of Attraction boost while we meditate.

I find joy and pleasure in the simplest things in life.

Part of the 'Reprogram Your Mind (While You Sleep)' series, these affirmations for positive thinking will reprogram your subconscious mind, creating new neural pathways of positivity which transform the way you think, how you feel and, in turn, create abundance in every area of your life.

Change your thinking so that you AUTOMATICALLY become a Law of Attraction miracle magnet!

Before I continue on with land pollution, I would like to recap agricultural activities, which does affect our food we eat. YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!

101 WAYS TO HAPPINESS; by Mike Annesley.

Since all the research of keeping healthy, leads to making your cells happy; this book will help your mental health to be happy.

That is the first step in keeping your cells happy and keeping your body healthy.

Having somewhere to retreat to is a wise insurance plan.

It could be a den in the home (maybe even a shed or gazebo), a friend’s apartment, a parent’s son’s or daughter’s spare room.

Sometimes you just need space and think, or make phone calls.

Placing distance between you and your problem can put it in perspective.

Resorting to your safe place may alert allies to your need.

Remember, you can bring others here too if it helps.

If it’s in your own home, surround yourself with symbols of happy times and draw upon their positive energy.

Today will continue the series on LIVING SUCCESSFULLY WITH SCREWED-UP PEOPLE, by Elizabeth B. Brown.

Dan and I continue to share ways to benefit and help keep one’s health cells healthy.

A wise man told me ten years ago, when one is in balance with themselves; one stays healthy.

RELEASER – the fifth of the five anger-management styles

Use and release is the way to manage anger successfully, especially in a relationship with a screwed-up person.

Feel it; use it; let it go.

The emotion is expressed and released.

Any of the other methods of dealing with anger just make a toxic relationship more toxic

This is the time to get ready for food and remedies that heal; alchemy of herbs.

In the coming week, Dan and I will be blogging the benefits of LEMON BALM.

It’s amazing what and how lemon balm can help keep your body healthy?

Did you know that lemon balm reduces toothache pain?

Experiencing the effects of a toothache is hard for anyone to bear.

Toothache can keep you awake at night, and it’s a highly uncomfortable condition that requires immediate treatment.

However, sometimes, it’s hard to get to the dentist for a checkup.

Maybe it’s a public holiday, or they closed over the festive season, now what do you do?

Toothache is a serious problem, and it needs immediate treatment.

If you’re out of options, you can always turn to lemon balm for help.

Blend a few drops of lemon balm essential oil into half a teaspoon of extra-virgin coconut oil.

Rub it into the gum line around the affected tooth and give it a few minutes to take effect.

You should notice a calming sensation and reduction in pain.

Alternatively, you can try “pulling” the infection out of your teeth.

Add 12-drops of lemon balm essential oil to a tablespoon of warm coconut oil and a ¼-glass of water.

Swirl the mixture in your mouth for a few minutes, and the anti-microbial properties of the lemon balm and coconut oil help kill the bacteria causing the toothache.
