When you are motivated to do something and have the expectation something will happen in the future, you are more likely to succeed.
Note, future thinking is different from fantasizing.
With fantasizing, people might feel good and as if they already met their goals in the moment, so they do not work or strategize for future success.
With future thinking, people come to expect to reach a goal.
So, they often plan, make efforts, and work around obstacles to achieve it.
As Dan and I have been sharing and continuing the book from last week, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

CHAPTER 3; INTUITION/SIX SENSE
SENSORY CREATIVITY / CREATIVE SOUND
A SOUND BATH WITH A SINGING BOWL/TEN-MINUTE EXCERISE
To sound your bowl, place it on your left hand.
Holding your palm very flat.
Strike the edge of the bowl gently with the beater.
Then start to run the beater around the very edge of the bowl, keeping a steady circular rhythm.
In moments the bowl starts to hum and release its tones.
Once the tone is steady move the beater inside and feel the vibration of the bowl through your hand.
As well as listening to the amazing sound.
As it fades, start making circles again with the beater and the tone will return.

Once you are used to playing the bowl, you can also place it on the base of a friend's spine.
While they lie down and feel the sound moving around the body.

Find one thing you can do to alleviate your pain.
Perhaps spend some time with the trees and be enveloped in peace.
