Sometimes the best therapy is being silly with a friend.

Hello Followers,

Welcome Monday,

How many of you have a friend from childhood that you stay connected with?

Dan and I have been blessed with friendships that go way back.

But most of all Dan is my best friend and I am his.

Having a best friend is one of the most beautiful gifts in life.

Whether you bond over your sense of humor, work-life, family things, or everything in between, sometimes it is hard to put into words what your BFF means to you.

The older we get, the more we discover the importance of friendships.

Our best friends are often the people who know and understand us the most.

They motivate us to be the best versions of ourselves and always find a way to make us laugh.

Whether you grew up with someone by your side and plan to be best friends forever, or you just met and feel like you have already known them for a lifetime, spending time with friends can bring out our inner children and refresh the soul.

These bonds should be cherished and nurtured consistently.

One of the best ways to connect with your friends?

Simply talk to them.

The words that you say to your besties, especially the long-distance ones; carry weight and meaning.

Whether you like to send them best friend songs with meaningful lyrics or text your bestie daily to remind them how much they mean to you, what you say can make a difference.

Even though there is so much that we want to tell our friends, it can often be difficult to put our feelings into words.

So, Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

These uplifting videos hold a significant place in our lives.

They offer a glimpse into the wisdom of our experiences.

Do you believe in the saying, tell me who your friends are, and I will tell you who you are?

Do you have a best friend?

Do you value friendship?

The different types of friends can bring out the worst or best in you.

However, in this video, we talk about the good types of friends that you eventually make in your lifetime, the social butterfly, the fearless adventurer, the secret keeper, the mother figure.

Which types of friends can you name for each of these types of friends?

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

October 16th

WHEN YOU FIND A FRIEND who will listen to you, show up when they need you and provide feedback in a loving manner, hold them close.

Friendships are to be cherished and nurtured.

To have the type of friendship you desire, you must be that type of friend in return.

Think about a friend who has been there for you and whom you trust.

How can you extend friendship to them today?

Show your love and appreciate with a heart full of gratitude.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This week Inner Being Productions releases a guided meditation for friendship.

The intention of this meditation is to ignite the idea in you that friendship starts with a relationship with us first.

In this meditation there are positive affirmations that are repeated that will allow you to create a new dialogue about yourself.

Move forward with confidence and with ease.

You got this!

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Tuesday, some friends are like the wind, some are like mountains.

They come in and breeze out of your life, or they are there for a lifetime.
