Successful people have fear, successful people have doubts, and successful people have worries.

Successful people have fear, successful people have doubts, and successful people have worries. They just don’t let these feelings stop them.

Hello Saturday,

How we speak to ourselves is how we see ourselves, and sometimes we need new examples of how our inner conversation should go. At one point or another, we will all need a self-esteem boost! That motivation can be both internal and external. But it’s something that we must continually work at. People who have an empowered self-image will have a greater understanding of the world and their connection to it.

How do you define self-esteem? Well according to Webster, self-esteem is “a confidence and satisfaction in oneself.” Always keep your emphasis on the “satisfaction with oneself” so this way you can learn to love yourself for who you are in the present.

Confidence and self-esteem are all directly connected to our ability to give and receive love. When there is more love in the world, the world literally changes!

Research has shown that when we boost our confidence, we become kinder, more loving, and have greater compassion.

Dan and I finely made it home after spending one full night at San Diego airport. That was an experience in itself. It was very eerie for one period of time between 1 – 2 a.m. there was no one in site but Dan and I.

Finely at 5:30 a.m. we were able to check in and went toward security. For the last couple of times both Dan and I had to be pat down. Funny, all of a sudden this is happening. I questioned this and the security guy stated that when one sweats that may trigger it off. This will be a mystery that I will never know.

To love yourself right now, just as you are, is to give yourself a slice of heaven. Don’t wait until you die. If you wait, you die now. If you love, you live now.” – Alan Cohen

As I close the week with Dan's treatments in Mexico, I would like to recap our journey. Our Doctor Juan Garcia played a big part of this journey.

When my daughter, Danielle was in elementary school; I learned that it isn’t the school that makes the difference. If the teacher isn’t good, this reflects on the school. It’s the teacher that inspires, encourages, teaches the students and not the school.

This is how I feel about Dr. Garcia! Dan and I have experienced having treatments in Mexico in a hospital setting as well as in clinics. Either or that wasn’t why we went to them; it was that we followed Dr. Garcia. Like the teacher, he was the one that inspired, encouraged, taught and treated us. It isn’t necessarily the facility but the physician that is going to treat you. This is why when you choose a facility whether it is a hospital or a clinic, you should research the physician that is going to treat you and what they are offering as far as treatment.

Dan and I have been personal and true these couple of weeks, so we can be examples that there are other ways to treat cancer without harming our immune system. Our purpose here is to wake up to the truth of who we are and all of the truth around us.

INTEGRITY GIVES YOU REAL FREEDOM

Happy Saturday 😁 back home 🏡 finally. Integrity gives you real freedom, because you have nothing to fear since you have nothing to hide. Have a fantastic day 🐢

Here is the recap of our journey from August 3rd to August 14th:

If my life is going to mean anything, I have to live it myself.

When you know your worth, no one can make you feel worthless.

Courage doesn’t always roar. Sometimes courage is the little voice at the end of the day that says.

Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.

Make living your life with absolute integrity and kindness your first priority.

Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.

You usually have to wait for that which is worth waiting for.

Forgiveness doesn't make the other person right; it makes you free.

Be the change that you wish to see in the world.

Listening happens to be a key strength of good communicators.

One of the sincerest forms of respect is actually listening to what another has to say.

Until tomorrow, remember you can have anything you want if you are willing to give up the belief that you can’t have it.

THERE IS ALWAYS ☮️ IN ☕

It doesn't matter where you're from or how you feel. There's always peace ✌️ in a strong cup of coffee ☕

I’ll be blogging tomorrow where I left off on pollution with a very silent deadly killer, sewage treatments.
