The life of inner peace, being harmonious and without stress, is the easiest type of existence.
Continuing the SERIES ON BELIEVING
Its hump day, half way through the week. Dan and I have been practicing inner peace and have been sharing with you through blogging.
The Dalai Lama says it best, when we have inner peace; we can be at peace with those around us.
When our community is in a state of peace, it can share that peace with neighboring communities.
Inner peace means; being able to stop worrying, living a stress-free life, a calm and poised mind, not taking things too personally and not getting agitated in the various situations of daily life.
“Spending quiet time alone gives your mind an opportunity to renew itself and create order.”–Susan Taylor

Choose your dreams wisely
It is so important to choose your own lifestyle and not let others choose it for you. By Susan Polis Schutz
Decisions are incredibly important things! Good decisions will come back to bless you. Bad decisions can come back to haunt you.
That’s why its so important that you take the time to choose wisely.
Choose to do the things that will reflect well on your ability, your integrity, your spirit, your health, your tomorrows, your smiles, your dreams and yourself.
There is someone who will thank you for doing the things you do now with foresight and wisdom and respect.
It’s the person you will someday be.
You have a chance to make that person so thankful and so proud. All you have to do is remember these nine words; each time you come to a crossroads choose wisely. By Douglas Pagels

Filling your days and nights with social plans and work projects is a very simple but effective distraction. By stuffing yourself full, you don’t have time to stop, feel and breathe.
But it’s important you do take time to pause and tune into your physical and mental needs.
It might be daunting at first, but self-care is the most important part of happiness. Block out some time in your diary to be by yourself. Listen to what your mind and body is telling you. It could be the need for sleep, healthy food or exercise. Just a day to yourself might be all that’s required for you to be at your best again.
There are some places in life where you can only go alone. Embrace the beauty of your solo journey. By Mandy Hale
Yesterday here in Virginia, the weather was 74 degrees, nice day for a walk outside and stopping to see the spring flowers. Since Dan parked the car in a mall parking lot to wash and clean the tires, we decided to just walk around there. If you have the opportunity to go outside for a walk around, look up to the sky and feel the beauty that surrounds you. If not, you can always “Walk at Home”.

Before I end, on the front of the website that is connected to this blog https://www.thejourneytogoodhealth.com , I have a company named Vital Choice. This is a wild organic fish company that Dan and I get our salmon and other wild fish. The reason why I’m mentioning this is, last night Dan was craving fish and chips. So, we went to our local food co-op and purchased gluten free bread crumps and potatoes. Look what I created – yummy.
