The mystery of human existence lies not in just staying alive, but in finding something to live for.

CONTINUING THIS WEEKS POST ON, WHAT IS LIFE ABOUT AND WHAT IS THE MEANING OF LIFE? AND WHY DO WE EXIST? PLUS, CONTINUING ON THE BOOK TEN-MINUTE RELAXATION FOR MIND AND BODY.

Hello followers,

Oh, no it is a brand-new month.

Welcome to October!

Wow, in three more months, it is going to be a new year.

Where has this year gone?

I swear, the other day Dan and I were just talking about as we get older the time gets shorter and goes by faster.

So, let us continue the series, what is the meaning of life?

In combining our physical and mental functions, we can control our bodies and keep them healthy.

It took me a long time to realize this for myself.

Hopefully, this will help you, our followers.

The last two weeks we posted on, self-empowerment, self-control, renewable vitality, emotion mastery and conscious communication along with smart focus, learning & adaptability, and constructive thinking.

Simple Ways to Find Out What Life is About-

Today, we will explore the six one; Never Stop Learning.

Twelve years of structured school (not to mention a mini-career arc through college after that) can leave many of us feeling like we are done with academics, school, and learning in general.

But the truth is, learning should be a lifelong process.

This does not mean you need to manufacture a desire to start reading textbooks to see what the meaning of life is.

It is simply an encouragement to start to take an interest in the world around you.

Investigate, probe, and learn more about things that catch your interest, and your passion for learning will start to grow on its own before long.

Tomorrow, Dan, and I will explore the seventh one; Go Minimalist.

OCTOBER– first, Dan and I thought on continuing this segment with the series with some fun; What is it about October that is so significant during this month?

World Card Making Day – October 1, 2022

I chose this holiday, for a greeting card is worth a million dollars.

It represents, your thoughts and love in words.

Once upon a time, several years ago; I went into the greeting card business.

Creating through Send Out Cards, giving others their own personal card.

One of a kind, giving to others through a greeting card can make one feel wonderful.

World Card Making Day is an exciting day that is celebrated every first Saturday in October, on October 1 this year.

This day is dedicated to the crafty ones, those that would prefer to make a card rather than buy one.

The day was started in 2006 so that crafters can get a head start on the gift-giving holiday season.

Creating handmade cards for loved ones to celebrate different holidays and special occasions is an art form, one that many people from around the world indulge in.

As such, it does make some sense that a special day to celebrate this was created.

This was exactly what “Paper Crafts” magazine inadvertently did on October 7, 2006.

The celebration was initially only for subscribers to their magazine, but they were pleasantly surprised when it went viral.

This was how the day was birthed and it is now celebrated by thousands all over the world.

A company called Two Peas was also part of the history of World Card Making Day; they were involved with the first events commemorating the day.

The history of card making itself dates to the Victorian era.

Then, they had cards that announced someone’s arrival.

These cards were plain, with no emotion, but things started to change as new printing techniques became available.

They started making more colorful cards, which also gradually changed how they were used.

People started sending them to each other for separate occasions.

This was how the card-making industry was built.

Calling cards became penny postcards, which eventually became modern-day gift cards.

These days, you can probably get a card for anything you need.

There are business cards, greeting cards all sorts, and what better way to express yourself through cards than making them yourself?

Make them with the person they are intended for in mind, and you will steal their heart.

So, let us send a homemade greeting card to someone you are thinking about!

Time is precious and is priceless, so Dan and I will continue each day to pull from a box of 365 inspirational quotes; one quote and share with you.

Today is:

AT THE END OF THE DAY, LET THERE BE NO EXCUSES, NO EXPLANATIONS, NO REGRETS.

Today Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.

CHAPTER 2; THE SENSORY JOURNEY; TASTE-

MEDIEVAL MOOD FOODS-

Today, Dan and I are going to share one of Hildegard’s soothing recipes.

The next few days we are sharing three simple recipes based on Hildegard's ideas, which can be made quickly to soothe your digestion.

These particularly are helpful if you have been under severe emotional stress.

They take slightly more than ten minutes to prepare, but not much longer.

And will each make enough for one person.

Are you ready for the first recipe?

ROASTED OAT BROTH WITH PARSLEY

Oats are firm favorites of Hildegard’s because they are so easy to digest.

Modern research shows that oats slowly release energy into the body, which helps to build strength.

Oat cookies or porridge are straightforward ways to eat them.

This recipe idea soothes tender stomachs in adults and children.

1. Place a small pan over medium heat,

2. Pour in a half cup of oats and stir them in the warming pan until they literally toast, they turn brown and start to smell nutty.

3. Stir one teaspoon of butter into oats.

4. And add a small finely chopped onion.

5. Continue to cook for about three minutes.

6. Pour ½ cup pint water into the pan and bring to a boil.

7. Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

8. Then simmer for five minutes.

9. Just before serving add one tablespoon of finely chopped fresh parsley.

10. ENJOY-

As I ponder over all that I have learned, I have come to find that we all have our own blueprint.

Our bodies are precious and there are many components in taking care of them.

Throughout the blog, Dan and I have related the separate ways through body, heart, and soul.

It is all about power of knowledge and learning to take care of yourself, keeping your cells happy.

Our immune system is one of the key factors in keeping healthy.

It is important to know how it works!

Germs and Viruses????

Continuing from yesterday, Glover showed in 1923 that the cancer virus existed in a pleomorphic form that was a bacillus in one phase and coccus in another, and virus in the third phase.

He also showed it could exist in a fungus or mycelium phase.

The latter form has been identified lately by Irene Diller and some others, and the whole chain of forms was independently proved by von Brehmer in the last few decades as well.

The work was thoroughly repeated and proved by Jacob Engel and George Clark, at the US PHS Laboratories but, they were not allowed to publish their findings.

In 1933, Dr Wilhelm von Brehmer stated his belief in the theory that cancer was a constitutional disease related to diet and lifestyle, and in his book Siphonophore Polymorpha von Brehmer he identified this blood parasite a bacterial form of the fungi Mucor racemosus, as a carcinogenic agent present in cancerous growth.

His research showed that excessive alkalinity of the blood permitted lower forms of mucor to develop into pathogenic rods.

When Siphonophore Polymorpha was again discovered by Dr Virginia Livingstone Wheeler of San Diego she called it Progenitor Cryptocides, while other doctors just called it the cancer microbe.

Not only cancer, but all chronic pathological conditions display in the blood various pleomorphic microorganisms which originate from within the body itself to proliferate and participate in the disease process.

More tomorrow-

The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, and Qigong.
