The strength of a family, like the strength of an army, lies in its loyalty to each other.

Hello followers,

Happy Lazy Sunday!

Today is a perfect day to spend time with family.

Family love can be the foundation of some of our life's deepest and most meaningful relationships.

Family can also be the source of stress and anxiety, especially when it comes to major life events and holidays.

No matter how you slice it, for better or for worse; there is nothing quite like family.

While they are likely fully aware of just how much you love them, a friendly reminder is always a nice treat.

You do not need a special occasion to gush about the bond you share with your sibling, parent, or grandparent, right?

So, today make it a day to spend quality time with them or pick up your cell phone and punch in their number.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

RECAP OF THE WEEK

Let your light shine. Be a source of strength and courage. Share your wisdom. Radiate love.

Remember to celebrate milestones as you prepare for the road ahead.

Nature is the best medicine for serenity. Peace, calmness, stillness. It is good for the heart.

Self-care means giving yourself permission to pause.

We miss the height of our fullest potential by not engaging the quiet parade of days.

Definiteness of purpose is the starting point of all achievement.

The beginning is always today.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

WE CARRY STORIES OF the generations before us.

Our families pass down their hopes, dreams, and fears to the next generation.

If you come from a family whose messages were broken and painful, you have the power to break those patterns.

It is not our responsibility to carry those wounds.

It is okay to release their grasp and write a new narrative from your level of understanding.

With the right help and time, you can forgive and heal these familial wounds.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Monday, if the family were a boat,

it would be a canoe that makes no progress unless everyone paddles.
