So, let’s get ready for a new month.
The pass weekend I heard something that a lot of us sometimes forget and that is in order to heal yourself, we must also heal our soul.
Why is it important to nourish our souls?
Well, nourishing your soul is vitally important to the health and balance of your life.
When you take the time to intentionally nurture your spiritual well-being, you create space for positive things to flow into your life.
You also become more resilient and non-judgmental when life gets difficult.
In other words, you can raise the quality of life and make yourself less susceptible to depression or anxiety when challenging times come around.
As we start the new month, Dan and I will spend time on ways to nourish your soul and balance your life.
Also expressing your gratitude is a way to keep healthy.
Once you have developed an attitude of gratitude, you are free to share that love with others.
How often do you take the time to tell people in your life how much they mean to you?
Research shows that on the days that individuals strive to express their gratitude; they experience more positive emotions and are more likely to report helping someone and to feel connected with others.
Think about the people in your life who have made a positive impact on you.
Reach out and tell them how much you appreciate them.
There are plenty of ways to express your gratitude.
Start writing thank-you notes to anyone who has helped you along your journey, give out meaningful compliments, and celebrate the joys of others as if they are yours, too.
Now, more than ever before, we need to uplift and inspire one another.
This new year Dan and I will be continuing the book, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

CHAPTER 3; INTUITION/SIX SENSE
Getting in touch with synergy is a wonderful way of appreciating how the senses can work together.
Tomorrow Dan and I will share a ten-minute exercise that is presented through a picture, but you can also do it by actually going to such a location, if you can.
This will allow the play of your senses to guide you.
It is play explore the ideas with a sense of fun and interest, be aware of the resulting effects on you.
The fact that you are unique, your impressions are your very own.

WHEN YOU ARE FEELING OVERWHELMED, it is important to breathe.
Sometimes we get too caught up in the task at hand and forget our most basic need, oxygen.
Take a break and do nothing.
We all need time to recharge.
If we keep going nonstop, it can lead to burn-out and then we will be forced to rest.
Rest should be beautiful choice and a present you give yourself.
Abandon the need to do and be everything and allow yourself peace and relaxation.
The PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
