When we focus on our gratitude, the tide of disappointment goes out and the tide of love rushes in.

Hello Tuesday,

The other day Dan and I were telling each other how grateful we are to be able to have found each other. Gratitude is a blessing to us and when we can look back to see how many blessings have come our way since we met, we are humble.

It has been said; true friends are like rainbows, with love they come with hope and colors, “I’m grateful to have you in my life”.

Gratitude is the key attitude to success. Be grateful for all that you have you will get more in an abundance. Too many people tend to focus their mind on what they don’t have rather than being grateful for what they do have.

In case you didn’t know, there are many blessings all around you. The world is full of beauty, and choosing to embrace your blessings will allow you to see all the good that you’ve been given.

Being thankful for the blessings in your life fills your heart with peace, joy and hope. You should be thankful every single day of the year so you can remain energized to press on in your journey.

YOUR MESSAGE 😛

Good morning Tuesday 🌞 getting knocked down in life is a given.🔝 Getting up and moving forward and _________. Fill in the blank 🆙 Go out today and make someone smile🐶 #inspiration#motivation#movingon

Whether it’s your family, your career, or even your cup of coffee in the morning, there are so many things to be grateful for. You just need to put more of your attention on them.

Even during the storms of life, you should make a decision to focus on the beauty of life. You need to keep your focus on all the right things and leave out the ones that are hard.

“Gratitude is a powerful process for shifting your energy and bringing more of what you want into your life. Be grateful for what you already have and you will attract more good things.” Rhonda Byrne

Dan and I have written down our blessings, gratitude affirmations. An affirmation of gratitude is a way for you to start and end every day on a positive note. If you take a few minutes every day simply writing out what you are grateful for when you go to sleep at night, you will not only go to bed thinking grateful thoughts but also wake up starting them.

Because your emotions are fueled by your thoughts, this is going to translate your thoughts about gratefulness into happy emotions. This is going to elevate your mood, provide you with energy, and improve your outlook on life. There are a few ways that you can use affirmations in your life. These include; use positive affirmations to remind yourself of what you have to be thankful for in life, gratitude affirmations can be used to keep yourself grounded, affirmations can be used to keep negative and unhelpful thoughts at bay.

Today I will continue blogging INFORMATION FROM THE CANCER CONTROL SOCIETY CONVENTION OF 2017 – INTERNATIONAL TREATMENTS. The topic that I’m blogging on today is detoxification one of the five-step plan,

Detoxification begins with your diet and supplement regiment, additionally therapies and nutrients that will be administrated are designed to increase the rate of detoxification to improve liver function through the regulation of enzyme function.

Modernization has created many advantages to western cultures; however, at a price. The proliferation of pollution, radiation and contaminants in our food and water supply mean that we are virtually surrounded by substances/molecules characterized by toxic impact on the human body.

Our bodies are designed with systems whose purpose is to neutralize the threat of an insupportable toxic burden. These systems are ignited by specific nutrients required by the master organ and which are key for liver detoxification.

These nutrients are crucial for adequate liver function and effective detoxification; however, many chemicals as well as cancer treatment drugs are known to impair and inhibit some of these functions.

The end result, defective detoxification and in an increase in the toxic burden.

Detoxification is a major tool if the body is to be able to function properly. Each function of the body is regulated by our genetic information system through specific enzymes. A toxin is defined as a substance that impairs or blocks enzyme performance.

It is imperative to rid as many foreign and toxic substances from the system as possible, a factor of enormous significance in cancer.

“Sometimes we don’t realize the blessings we have until we no longer have them. Appreciate all the blessings in your life, take none for granted.” – Catherine Pulsifer
