Today is the day to reflect on how you will move forward to next week.

Keep moving forward!

When you hold a picture in your mind and energize it, you are visualizing.

Decades of studies have shown that athletes who rehearse by mentally visualizing and imagining successful performances in the future do perform better.

Remarkably, you are stimulating the same part of the brain as you do when you actually play the sport.

Using visualization techniques can empower you to a better future.


The very basic of a person’s living spirit is their passion for adventure.

Love what you do and do what you love. Passion is the key that opens the door to joy and abundance.

Life is like riding a bicycle, to keep your balance, you must keep moving.

You cannot start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one.

Do not let yesterday take up too much of today.

What good is living a life you have been given if all you do is stand in one place.

Set your goal and keep moving forward.

As Dan and I have been sharing and continuing the book from last week, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.


By now you will have realized that full sensory awareness totally changes your relationship with your environment, nature, and the world you live in.

Working with the senses to release stress, ease anxiety, and open up creativity is a rich and rewarding way to enhance your life and the lives of those around you.

So much stress arises through numbness, which is not the way we humans are meant to live our lives.

The world we live in is rich and vast, and we do not have to go far to begin to appreciate it in a different and more positive way.

No matter where you are, you can begin.

You can open yourself to a more colorful and varied experience of your word.


As Dan and I start a new year; we will be posting daily 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

YOUR HEART EXPANDS THE MORE YOU LOVE, and you have so much love to give.

When your feelings are hurt, forgive.

Do not hold on to the pain, because it only hurts you, and your heart is intended to love.

Relinquish the weight of opinions and judgements and give grace to yourself and others.

Have courage and trust that you are here for a reason.

Embrace your talents, for there are many.

Share your gifts with the world.

We need you.
