Hello Followers,

Welcome to Sunday!

Each life is a unique blend of energy that colors the planet.

Join Dan and I today in rapping up how color affects our health.

Color is more than a visual experience; it is a psychological phenomenon that influences how we feel, think, and act.

By understanding what Dan and I have explored these past few weeks on color, you can make more informed choices in your personal and professional lives, from creating a calming home environment to crafting compelling marketing campaigns.

Embrace the power of color and let it transform your life one shade at a time.

As you follow us on natural ways of healing this year, we welcome you to explore and follow.

So far, we have focused on regret, self-forgiveness, happiness, moderation, balance, nature, hugging a tree, music, light, color, and this week understanding the power of sound and how it can have far-reaching benefits for the body.

From the sound of water to human sound, good sounds have a healing effect on the body.

Stay tune

RECAPPING THE WEEK

Color is to the eye what music is to the ear.

Green is the prime color of the world,

and that from which its loveliness arises.

Life is the art of drawing without an eraser.

Be prepared to see the world in a new light as you immerse

yourself in the magical world of color.

Happiness is a choice.

You can paint your day with vibrant colors even in the dreariest days.

Color evokes emotions, sets the mood, and creates a unique experience for everyone.

Colors speak louder than words.

Dream in colors, for shades are vibrant. Paint each day with a smile.

Continuing today, Life’s is a Journey, not a Destination.

How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.

Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.

Make it fun!

We all must do tasks that are a bit of a drag, but there is usually something you can do to make even the most repetitive of chores a little more fun.

If you have to spend half an hour cleaning the car, for example, why not put on your favorite playlist and have a soundtrack to get you moving?

Or you could group together any easy indoor tasks, such as ironing, dusting, and polishing shoes and putting on an episode of your favorite TV series while doing them.

You could fit in some fitness by making the vacuuming part of a workout, use the washing up as a moment to mindfully focus on the sensations around you, or set yourself a time challenge when changing the sheets or hanging up the laundry.

Until Monday, color is a universal language that speaks to us in ways

we might not always consciously recognize.
