Hello Followers,
Thank goodness it is Friday!

And welcome to the official day of summer in the Northern Hemisphere.
Summer is not just a season.
It is a vibe.
We slow down and spend weekends lying on a beach with a book or jumping with the kids in the pool and even having a picnic at a park.
We are lighter as we trade in raincoats and boots for tank tops and shorts.
And our energy is up after spending so much time outdoors and getting that vitamin D.

And with the sunshine and the great bursts of leaves growing on the trees, enjoy your summer!
Can you smell the sea, and can you feel the sky?
Let your soul and spirit fly.
Celebrate the colorful shades that make our lives more interesting but also remind us of the unique role they play in our daily lives.
They awaken our senses, spark creativity, and bring a sense of wonder to life’s simple moments.
Today let us prepare ourselves to see the world in a new light as you immerse yourself in the magical world of color.
Continuing today, Dan and I will be posting on how shades of colors around us impact our emotions.
Choosing the right colors for your home or workplace can significantly impact mood and productivity:
Bedrooms: Soft blues and greens for relaxation.
Offices: Yellows and greens to boost creativity and focus.
Living spaces: Neutral tones with pops of color to balance energy.

Continuing today, Life’s is a Journey, not a Destination.
How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.
Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.
Be childlike.
Think back to how exciting life was when you were a child.
How every day was full of adventure, and you were prepared to come up with some pretty good staying-up-late strategies so that it did not have to end.
What has changed?
Well, you have!
As we grow older we lose many of the things that make life more fun; a spirit of adventure, a sense of wonder at the world around us, our imagination, the knowledge that play is important, dirty knees, the belief that we can do anything we want with our lives, the desire to write poems or paint, and why did we all stop dressing up?
Well, do not worry!
All these things are still possible.
It is time for your inner child.
Here are some activities to lose yourself in, and they are a great reminder that you do not need to spend money to add fun to your day.
Look back at your childhood photos for more inspiration, your favorite hobbies are just waiting to be rediscovered.
RETRO BOOKS AND COMPUTER GAMES, revisit some classics.
PLAY GAMES, board games, card games, word games, and puzzles are not significant in the great scheme of things but are simple fun to do.
PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD, bake and decorate gingerbread people, invent an epic new sandwich.
GO TO AN ADVENTURE PLAYGROUND, it is empty all day when kids are at school.
WONDER AT NATURE, look for bugs with a magnifying glass or find shapes in the clouds, splash in puddles or gather materials for a natural collage.
DRESS UP, organize a fancy dress party, or go to a convention dressed as your favorite character.
RUN FOR FUN, put on your sports gear but forget your training app.
Just sprint across the part at top speed to feel the wind in your face or hurtle down a hill.
DRAW, PAINT, COLOR, model your friends and family out of salt dough to unwind!
Try some finger-painting and get messy.
IT IS SUMMER!
Try it?
Join us in this color breathing exercise to help relax and/or calm worries.
Enjoy this breathing activity!
Made to put a smile on your face and relax you.
This is a calming brain break.
Until Saturday, color evokes emotions, sets the mood, and creates a unique experience for everyone. Colors speak louder than words.
