THE JOURNEY TO GOOD HEALTH ART/ WORK IN PROGRESS
Life is precious, as you scroll through my social media apps and website posts there is one thing that is for sure, I am enthusiastic about sharing my experience and knowledge for health.
Knowledge is power!
Personally, I have never been outspoken, but stepping out of my comfort zone is a common thing for me.
When I was told I had breast cancer, I chose to go to Mexico and receive Functional Medicine, without surgery, chemo, or radiation.
While being treated, I decided to post a journal of my daily experience, which led me to creating a website, The Journey To Good Health.
As I stepped out of my comfort zone, designing one was a challenge.
Playing everything by ear, I was able to create one on my own.
During the time I lived in Mexico, again I challenged myself by authoring a book My Journey Of Completion Body, Heart & Soul. Enjoy Life While Managing Cancer.

Through all this, I have been posting on a blog, inspiration messages along with natural methods one can heal themselves.
Also creating little videos on uplifting quotes to inspire our everyday lives.
All which has led me to this video.
Do you know why you are here and what your purpose is?
Do you ever wonder what your purpose here on earth is, or did you ever take a few quiet moments to just dream of the journey that you wish for yourself?
I believe that all purposes can exist and show through artful expression.
We live in a world surrounded by and immersed in color.
The relationship to the spiritual and physical nature of the earth can be thought to find emotion through it.
We often dream this way, which may be an unconscious result of our thoughts.
Maybe the color in our dreams represents hidden thoughts and memories such as fear, anxiety, love, and joy.
The point here is that I trust the emotional state of our lives can be expressed through art and, just as significantly color.
Support my passion, which will lead me to my final goal – creating a place by combining nature, color, vision, and better healthier lifestyle.
Stay tune, will be stepping outside my comfort zone once again in this new adventure.
