Hello Followers,
Welcome to Sunday!

HAPPY FATHER’S DAY -
A father is neither an anchor to hold us back nor a sail to take us there, but a guiding light whose love shows us the way.
There are no lines in nature, only areas of color, one against another.
Continuing today, Dan and I will be posting on how shades of colors around us impact our emotions.
Colors have a powerful impact on your emotions and mood.
Purple blends the stability of blue and the energy of red,
creating a sense of:
Luxury and creativity: Historically, linked with royalty and wealth.
Spirituality: Often used in meditation spaces.
Mystery: Its rarity in nature makes it intriguing.
Purple is a great choice for adding sophistication and depth to a design.

Today may sunshine and happiness surround you when you are far from home.
Life is like a rainbow, you need both the sun and the rain to make its colors appear.
Life is a rollercoaster ride of ups and downs,
but it Is the colorful moments that make the journey worthwhile.
In the tapestry of life, we are all connected.
Each of us is a unique thread, woven together to create a beautiful picture.
Life is a garden of colors, each one blooming in its own time and season,
but always adding to the beauty of the whole.
Life is like a kaleidoscope, constantly changing and evolving,
but always beautiful in its colorful complexity.
Color is the place where our brain and the universe meet.

Continuing today, Life’s is a Journey, not a Destination.
How to live for each moment and find adventure in every day, by Vicki Vrint.
Join us on our new adventure in living each moment and finding adventure in every day.
Decide what matters most.
There is one more area to explore to help you live an extraordinary life, your values.
We do not often set aside time to think about this, but once you have identified your priorities you will be able to make sure you focus on them when making any big decisions.
Look at these questions to help you consider what matters most to you.
THE PEOPLE I ADMIRE MOST ARE:
________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.
THE QUALITIES THEY HAVE ARE:
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.
Now identify the top five values that are important to you.
You can use the words below for further ideas:
AMBITION, KINDNESS, COURAGE, ENCOURAGEMENT, BALANCE, APPRECIATION, LOYALTY, INTELLIGENCE, HONESTY, LOVE, POSITIVITY.
MY FIVE CORE VALUES ARE:
1. ______________________________________________________________________________
2. ______________________________________________________________________________
3. ______________________________________________________________________________
4. ______________________________________________________________________________
5. _____________________________________________________________________________
Your list may include values you already live by as well as those you want to cultivate more.
You could brainstorm each one, then think about whether your current roles in life allow you to honor them.
How could you change things if they do not?
You might find it useful to write a personal statement that summarizes the values you identified.
For example, I am a thoughtful and positive person who values authenticity and practice kindness and compassion every day.
You could repeat this as a daily affirmation if you like.
MY PERSONAL STATEMENT:
____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.
LIFE SHOULD NOT JUST BE LIVED; IT SHOULD BE CELEBRATED
Join us for another color breathing guided meditation.
Color breathing techniques are types of relaxation and breathing exercises that can be used to manage stress, reduce blood pressure, clear the mind, and influence our mental and emotional wellbeing.
For today's meditation It will be the color green!
Green is the color of healing and renewal.
Green is good for targeting stress and confusion, as well as for the detoxification and purification of the body and mind.
Green promotes balance, security, harmony, concentration, relaxation, self-confidence, and compassion for self and others.
Until Monday, color is to the eye what music is to the ear.
