Hello Followers,

Happy Weekend!

I am so grateful for Saturdays.

What are you grateful for?

I started a daily gratitude journal.

I am starting to list all the positive things in my life.

I write down things that make me smile, such as the view from our porch, to managing our health.

At night I have been listing three things that I have been grateful for during the day.

The purpose for this journal is to start me to focus naturally on the positive.
