Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards.

Hello Followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

I was always told that wisdom comes with age.

It takes time to go through certain experiences and gather knowledge.

Sometimes it takes even longer to draw the right lessons from what we have been through, so that we can later make better life decisions.

Wisdom is something we can only hope to attain before we are too old.

After all, the time we are given can be well spent or wasted, and being a hundred years old does not automatically turn you into a wise person.

The good news is that wisdom can be cultivated.

Being wise is basically a combination of smart and experienced.

While some people seem to have lived it all in twenty years of life, most young people lack experience.

So, the best way to gain wisdom while still young is to learn from other people’s mistakes.

Whether it is love, friendship, or life in general, we can sometimes protect ourselves from experiencing sadness or pain.

Of course, things do not always happen the same for all of us, but it cannot hurt to take our elders’ advice into consideration.

Dan and I welcome you to go to our YouTube site to enjoy and bring uplifting vibes to your day.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

July 22nd

YOU HAVE A TREASURE trove of wisdom within.

All that you have experienced, learned, and created has cultivated an inner guide for your soul.

You are here on your own journey, and it is full of wonder if you open your eyes to see all that life has to offer.

Accept the adventure of being alive.

Embrace the deep well of wisdom your soul has accumulated.

Your soul is the compass for your adventure and your wisdom is the testament of your life.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

This 10-minute guided visualization meditation.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Sunday, life is a question and how we live it is our answer.

ENJOY THE WEEKEND
