Hello Followers,

On this Tuesday before you start your day, drink your coffee or tea slowly and with deep appreciation, as if it is the greatest importance on which the world’s earth revolves.

Also light a candle and place it on the table before you eat.

This brings calm and peace to a setting, relieves tension, and encourages people to eat more slowly and thoughtfully.

This will leave your day with a mindful peace with calmness.

Now, go out and let go!


True happiness is only possible when we release the attachments and burdens that hold us back.

Letting go of these things, whether they are material possessions, grudges, or expectations, opens the door to freedom from their influence and allows genuine happiness to flourish.

When we let go of our obsession with control and allow things to unfold, we find that tasks and challenges become more manageable.

The world is conquered by those who release their need for constant control, while striving too hard often leads to unnecessary stress and disappointment.

Embrace forward momentum in life.

 Let go of past regrets, do not dwell on them, and wholeheartedly pursue your future goals.

We can achieve personal growth and fulfillment by focusing on the present and future instead of lingering on the past.
