Enjoy Wealth, what is it?

Many of us are wealthy in numerous ways although we simply do not recognize it.

Enjoy the wealth you already have in your family and friends, in your health, in your freedom, in your knowledge, and most importantly, in yourself.

As Dan and I have been sharing and continuing the book from last week, Ten-Minute Relaxation, For Mind and Body by Jennie Harding, until the end.

Whenever you are feeling under pressure, ten minutes is all you need to relax totally, using tools that are always with you; your senses.

This book is packed full of wonderfully simple ideas and exercises for using sight, taste, smell, hearing, and touch and that vital sixth sense of intuition to rebalance your energies and bring you back into harmony with the natural world around you.

Identify your favorite sensory relaxation solutions and combat that stress!

Per Dan and my experience this is another component in keeping ourselves healthy, meditation.

By using your five senses, you can learn to relax in just ten minutes.



In China, Tibet, and Nepal there is a tradition of using particular sound frequencies when meditating, which is thoroughly nourishing and replenishing to body and mind.

These ancient sound techniques were being applied thousands of years ago; now, technology shows that these frequencies correspond amazingly to the vibratory rates of the brain.

Sound effects structures, it can nourish or deplete depending on the intensity and the frequency.

These ancient tones have been used for millennia to nourish and replenish human beings.

EARLY IN THE MORNING THE OCEAN IS CALM, reflecting the sun’s rising gleam.

Suddenly, the water parts as a humpback whale jumps out of the ocean, twisting its massive body, disrupting the peaceful scene.

To observe a whale breaching is to be left in wonder.

Nature is full of moments that inspire a spirit of awe.

To observe such wonder, stay in the moment.

Let nature’s glamour take your breath away.

Moments of wonder are waiting to be discovered every day.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.
