DRINKING WATER IS LIKE WASHING OUT YOUR INSIDES

Happy Monday,

Dan and I had a pleasant weekend, the weather was nice and was able to do our walking. We started a new Qigong for stress, fatigue and tension. How was your weekend?

Are you ready to start a new week? Monday is like a math problem. Add the irritation, subtract the sleep, multiply the problems, divide the happiness.

Qigong to Purge and Tonify

Feeling stressed? Fatigue? Tension? Want to detoxify impurities from the body? This routine uses specific qigong exercises that are designed to cleanse, Clear and Build Qi in the body.

We can do something within our homes to save us from all the chemicals that are polluting our bathing and drinking water.

Without water, nothing is possible. It is the supplier of life, a cleanser. It can be both beautiful and dangerous

There are many household water systems that dissolves the pollution's entering into our homes. Many Americans are already using systems to remove specific contaminants and take extra precautions because a household member has a compromised immune system and also to improve the taste of drinking water.

Again, nothing is simple; there are many methods and types. In researching them, I will give you some input of what’s out there and my experiences with the unit that Dan and I have.

Water is a common heritage, the value of which must be recognized by all. Everyone has the duty to use water carefully and economically. European Water Charter

Household water treatment systems are composed of two categories: point-of-use and point-of-entry External (NSF). Point-of-entry systems are typically installed after the water meter and treat most of the water entering a residence. Point-of-use systems are systems that treat water in batches and deliver water to a tap, such as a kitchen or bathroom sink or an auxiliary faucet mounted next to a tap.

Point of use water filtration systems are to be used right where you use your water such as in the shower, bath, washing machine, or water bottle.

Point of use water filtration systems are not to be confused with point of entry filters, however, they do achieve similar results. Point of use water filters purify water at individual locations, while point of entry water filters purify water for your entire house. Point of use filters are viewed as the final stage of purification before the water is dispensed from the water supply.

Point of entry water filtration systems eliminate the need for individual filter systems at each water dispenser in your home.

Whereas point of use systems filters the water before it is dispensed, point of entry water filtration systems filter the water when it enters your home. A point of entry water filtration system connects directly to your water line and acts as a central filtration system for your whole house. These systems are perfect for homes with multiple water dispensing locations because they offer peace of mind each time you turn on a faucet.

Drinking water is like washing out your insides. The water will cleanse the system, fill you up, decrease your caloric load and improve the function of all your tissues. Kevin R. Stone

🤗 A Hug Is Worth 🤗

Good morning Monday 😊 A hug is worth a thousand words 🤗💖🤗

The most common types of household water treatment systems consist of:

Filtration Systems

A water filter is a device which removes impurities from water by means of a physical barrier, chemical, and/or biological process.

Water Softeners

A water softener is a device that reduces the hardness of the water. A water softener typically uses sodium or potassium ions to replace calcium and magnesium ions, the ions that create “hardness.”

Distillation Systems

Distillation is a process in which impure water is boiled and the steam is collected and condensed in a separate container, leaving many of the solid contaminants behind.

Disinfection

Disinfection is a physical or chemical process in which pathogenic microorganisms are deactivated or killed. Examples of chemical disinfectants are chlorine, chlorine dioxide, and ozone. Examples of physical disinfectants include ultraviolet light, electronic radiation, and heat.

Until tomorrow, be safe and remember; Clean water, the essence of life and a birthright for everyone, must become available to all people now. Make a change!!!

Tomorrow’s topic will be on household water treatment systems, point-of-use and point-of-entry.
