KNOWLEDGE HAS A BEGINNING BUT NO END

Hurray Friday, Friday is the most rewarding day of the week for most of us. It offers the promise of the weekend and the opportunity to reset and recharge your lives. Before I retired Dan and I always were working for the weekend, for I knew it was time away from the office. I know now after all these years; wisdom comes with age and experience. Each misstep and accomplishment are a learning opportunity, providing problem-solving tools we can store for later use. It’s all a part of growing up! He who has a why to live can bear almost any how. Friedrich Nietzsche I remember our daughter, Danielle when she was about two; she was going through the phase of asking why all the time. Now, that I’

NOTHING IN LIFE IS TO BE FEARED. IT IS ONLY TO BE UNDERSTOOD

Hello THURSDAY, Wow, this week is going fast. How about you, I feel the end of the week coming? Everyone is different, with varying values and outlook on life. We don’t need to agree, but we can keep discord at bay by simply trying to understand another person’s point of view. As I look across my Facebook feed, understanding is something I feel is lacking into today’s world. Great thinkers and philosophers have been trying to understand themselves, their relationships, life and the reasons “why” everything else exists since the dawn of time. The first cave paintings were expressions of, “why am I here” and “what does it all mean”. The great thinkers of the day knew about understanding your

A SENSE OF CURIOSITY IS NATURE’S ORIGINAL SCHOOL OF EDUCATION

Hello WEDNESDAY, Its already hump day, middle of the week. If you are reading this you have made it past the Tuesday mark. I woke up to the phrase, curiosity killed the cat? Not exactly. Evidence continues to emerge about the benefits of being aware of issues that are affecting us in today’s world. Not only does staying wide-eyed about the world makes life more interesting, it also has a number of surprising benefits. Your curiosity about people and the world around you can make your social life richer. If you demonstrate an interest in what someone has to say and maintain many of your own interests that you can discuss, people probably enjoy spending time with you. Curious people are often

THE AWARENESS OF OUR ENVIRONMENT CAME PROGRESSIVELY IN ALL COUNTRIES WITH DIFFERENT OUTLETS

Hello Tuesday, It’s the last Tuesday of the month! Are you getting ready for August and keeping safe? Coffee, coffee, Dan knows that that’s the first thing I go for in the morning. Of course, after I make up my bed. The second item on my list is the mini inspirational video’s. This hypes my spirit to start blogging. I love to start with a word and something inspiring toward it. Today the word is awareness! Thought can organize the world so well that you are no longer able to see it. Anthony De Mello Awareness, it is crucial to become aware of who you are, there must be the awakening within your mind that if you are not where you truly want to be it is because you are not the right person. IT CREATES AN APPETITE FOR IMMORTALITY ON THE ONE HAND.

IT CREATES AN APPETITE FOR IMMORTALITY ON THE ONE HAND. IT THREATENS UNIVERSAL EXTINCTION ON THE OTHER. Hello Monday, Hope all had a pleasant weekend! Dan and I are still hunkering down. What makes our day is taking a walk around our neighborhood and seeing nature. What makes your Day? The first matter of my day is getting up and having some coffee and do my small mini video of inspiration. The coffee wakes me up and the video helps pull my day together. Then I start the blog, If any one knows by now this is what gives me a piece of mind especially during these uncertain times. Today I woke up with something that disturbs me. Dan and I have had conversations about this subject all the time a

THE WIRELESS COMPANIES PROMISE 5G WILL BRING GREATER CAPACITY, AT WHAT COST?

THE WIRELESS COMPANIES PROMISE 5G WILL BRING GREATER CAPACITY, A HIGHER DENSITY OF USERS, FASTER DOWNLOAD SPEEDS – AT WHAT COST? Hello Sunday, Don’t worry be happy! How can you say," don’t worry be happy " when prosperity may be elusive during these hard-economic times? Hear a word of encouragement. You may be going through some trials right now but through inspiration, this will always prove true. You must Work the Word for the Word to Work. “Happiness” is a loaded word: It’s loaded with expectations, hope, yearning, confusion…. You get the idea. What makes happiness feel so elusive usually has more to do with how you relate to the concept than with how you really feel. DON’T WORRY BE HAPPY

FOR NUCLEAR POWER TO HAVE A FUTURE, WE’LL EITHER NEED!

Happy Saturday, I’m going to start right away blogging on how passionate was my decision 10 years ago on going to Mexico for cancer treatment. I started this blog and website, in the beginning to connect with my family and friends on my everyday experience. As time went by, I wrote a book showing my journey through a different method other than the conventional ways. Unfortunately, two years later Dan, was diagnosed with prostate cancer. I have been very honest and to the point with our journey through this blog. STEM CELL TREATMENT BUSY DAY AHEAD OF FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE Since it was a busy day I do not have time to write a lot because I am being transferred from room to room for different ty

THE NATURAL ENVIRONMENT SUSTAINS THE LIFE OF ALL BEINGS UNIVERSALLY

Hello Friday, Hurray, Dan and I made it through another week and if you are reading this; you have too. It’s the weekend again and time to relax. The week can get pretty full and overwhelming sometimes and when it does, it's important to know how to deal with it. We all have a bunch of different things that we have to manage. Specially in today’s world with all that is going on. Just listen to it on the news or read in the print media! Plus, usually we have to manage stuff like studying, working, or our personal lives. When these pressures are being thrown our way, relaxation is a very effective tool for looking after our health- both physical and mental. All it takes is a little bit of time

THE ONLY SOLUTION TO POLLUTION IS A PEOPLE’S HUMANE REVOLUTION!

Good day Thursday, Wow, this week is going fast! As Dan and I continue to research and educate our viewers on the biggest health problem in this decade, time ticks by. We are in the midst of this corona virus; however, we are also in the midst of a slow-moving death called pollution. If you have been following my blog, you can see why Dan and I are so passionate about sharing this information. It is a serious topic that has to be addressed or it can be the end of us. Air pollution is terrible for our children. Every single scientist, every single doctor will tell you the same thing: Air pollution damages our children's brains, their hearts, and their lungs. Pollution is one of the biggest is

THE ENVIRONMENT WILL CONTINUE TO DETERIORATE UNTIL POLLUTION PRACTICES ARE ABANDONED

I’m grateful that its Wednesday - hump day, How has your week been? It’s the middle of the week and I feel warm and grounded. In Virginia the weather has been in the 90’s and it is very humid. Last year, Dan and I was able to go walk to the mall around the corner from our place and we would walk the mall. It’s been too hot to walk outside, like we have been. Because of the corona virus, this year we have not gone for we are still hunkering down. I’m waiting for more information, until we venture out among people. Its still uncertain what this virus can do and I don’t want to get caught up in it. Over time I think we will probably see a closer merger of biological intelligence and digital in

THE THREE R’S: RECYCLE, REDUCE, REUSE

Hello Tuesday, I woke up this morning just like every morning, it’s like Déjà vu. My days are getting closer ad closer together. Time is ticking away. Have you ever had that same feeling? “Déjà vu” describes the uncanny sensation that you’ve already experienced something, even when you know you never have. There’s no conclusive evidence on how common it actually is, but varying estimates suggest anywhere between 60 and 80 percent of the population experience this phenomenon. There's an expression, Deja vu, that means that you feel like you've been somewhere before, that you've somehow already dreamed it or experienced it in your mind. Well, after a cup of coffee I realized that it was anothe

LANDFILLS ARE POPPING UP EVERYONE

Hello Monday, It’s a new week and a new beginning, looking to get out of your comfort zone and start your life over? Each one of us reaches a point where we get fed up with our current situation. During such times, letting go and starting over can be the best thing for us. When we let go of what didn’t work, what held us back previously, or wipe out those fears that don’t deserve to rule us anymore, we can create room to become a more passionate, engaged and inspiring individuals. So how can we start over? When creating the life, we want, start by clearing out the things we won’t have use for and get our surroundings in order. Since none of us knows what the future holds, the idea of new beg

WE MUST TAKE CARE OF OUR ENVIRONMENT

WE MUST TAKE CARE OF OUR ENVIRONMENT TO ENSURE THAT EVEN GENERATIONS TO COME WILL HAVE A PLACE TO CALL HOME Good Morning Sunday, Rise and shine! A little trivia to wake you up, the phrase 'rise and shine' originated as a military order in the late 1800s; with 'shine' meaning 'act lively and do well.' So, get up and act lively and do well today. You can’t do anything about the past, and you don’t know what the future holds. MUSIC AND DREAMS🎶 Good morning Sunday 🌞 Rise and shine 🌞 All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream 🦋 However; when you wake up this morning; you can make up your mind to do your best to enjoy the day. For example, the other day I posted my mini video and mi

MINING IS LIKE A SEARCH AND DESTROY MISSION

Hello Saturday, Its finally the weekend and its real humid and hot here in Virginia. I’m originally from Florida, so I thought I could handle this weather, but I’m getting too old for this, I guess. Who thought that moving up north would be just as hot as down south? I was surprised yesterday with three face-time calls with my daughter and grandson. I love it, our grandson; Jonah new thing is that he wants to hold us (the phone). So, today they were outside showing us their vegetables garden and the butterfly garden which most of the time Dan and I was seeing the sky. That made my Friday, just seeing them and interacting, even if its over the iPhone. It’s amazing how technology is growing, i

I NOURISH MY BODY WITH HEALTHY FOODS

Hello Friday, Dan and I are retired, but are looking for the weekend. It seems since we retired, we have more challenges to settle. I thought with the computer age things were supposed to get better. HAHA, I thought I could enjoy life more and be able to get involved in crafts. I love to create and since I retired, I have not been able to get involved with some of my projects. I’m in the middle of creating an ABC, number book with a story of what Jonah likes (my grandson). I’m using this program which turns pictures into coloring like pictures. I have taken some pictures of Jonah and making his own personalized coloring book. I’m hoping to finish it by Christmas. My partner and I share a dee

IT’S NOT THE ONE PEST YOU SEE - IT’S THE THOUSANDS THAT YOU DON’T

Hello Thursday, The week is almost coming to an end, the weather in Virginia this weekend is going to be in the 90’s. How about where you live, what is the weather going to be like? Two days ago, I went to my functional medicine doctor and she has asked when my last mammogram was? I explained I had one ten years ago and chose not to have any more. She then proceeded to explain to me about thermography. Dan was going to have a Pet Scan, but our doctor suggested a thermography for him. Did you know they can do a complete body thermography? Something to think about next time due to cancer, having one instead of a Cat Scan, MRI, or even a Pet Scan. I found it interesting, this is why I’m bloggin

GARDENING IS THE ART THAT USES FLOWERS AND PLANTS AS PAINT, AND THE SOIL AND SKY AS CANVAS

Hello Wednesday, Yesterday, Dan and I suited up again to go to the functional medicine doctor, we wore our gloves and mask. Also, we wore long sleeves and pants. Got some real good news, my cancer markers are in the good range and she was very pleased. My cholesterol and glucose can be worked on a little. Gave me some supplements and told me she will see me back in six months. We came home and took our clothing off at the front door and changed into different ones. Life is good! I put life in perspective by changing my attitude, an outlook, a set of ideals, a point of view, or a context by drawing in my mind the situation. It’s about using your imagination and painting a picture. Whether D

HE WHO HAS HEALTH, HAS HOPE; AND HE WHO HAS HOPE HAS EVERYTHING

Hello Tuesday, Dan and I have hopes in the near future to go explore the state of Virginia. Its been a whole year now and it feels like we have not accomplished what we had set out to do this year. The corona virus placed a damper in our plans, like for all of us we had to change our plans. My daughter was going to come and visit us this summer, those plans are on hold. So, for now we can just hope. Hope is a powerful thing. It inspires us to do the impossible and helps us carry on during difficult times. Hope comes in many different shapes and forms. It may be through our favorite music, or a good book, or even by listening to our favorite thoughtful leaders. “We have always held to the ho

CONNECTING THE DOTS

GOOD MORNING MONDAY, Yesterday, I woke up thinking what life may bring this day. I heard this message the other day, life is like connecting each dot together, everything happens at the right time. ITS ABOUT FAITH! I remember when I was young, I had this coloring book that had pictures that you connected the dots. Each dot connected to another until it made the complete cycle and formed a picture. Our lives are quite like that, it makes a complete story. Did you ever play the connecting dots sheet during childhood? You connect the dots and it forms an actual meaningful drawing. Our world is the same, we connect the dots just like when we were connecting the dots on those sheets. In any work

YOU DON’T NEED A SILVER FORK TO EAT GOOD HEALTHY FOOD

Good day Sunday, What is your new norm? Have you changed your ways since the corona virus? Dan and my new norm are now shopping on line, I never thought I would go grocery shopping for vegetables and fruit on line. I always liked checking out what I was getting. You know, such as when you get a bag of apples and one or two are rotten, one or more eggs cracked, or getting a brand that is more reasonable in price. I miss those days!! However, it’s time to embrace the corona age. You can start over again! Don't even think about quitting now! It is easy to replay in your mind how things did not work, how much you lost, what you are going through, how angry you are. There is no amount of conversa
