Hello followers,

Welcome to Tuesday.

It has been twelve years that Dan and I started our website and blog.

This all started for my family and friends, while I was being treated in Mexico for cancer.

The blog started to stay connected with loved ones, for they were fearful of my choice of treatments and being in Mexico.

I proved to the ones that were in doubt!

Through my knowledge and experiences, I realized that we all perish here on earth; but it is what is in between that matters.

So, Dan and my gift to you is this blog, sharing our experiences, knowledge; from functional treatments to living in Mexico.

We share fear, love, strength, compassion, peace, self-care, and motivational sayings to meditation, prayer, exercise, sharing books, health minded things, and other tools to heal one’s body.

Through the knowledge we have learned, we start with a seed which grows roots.

It is that we must fix the root before taking care of the rest.

If we do not fix the root cause, then it will never heal.

We must realize it is the balancing of our body, heart, and soul.

For the past year and a half, Dan and I have been focusing on our mindset.

Keeping positive!

This is being shared through our post, which most of us never realize is part of keeping our bodies healthy.

I love this saying, one person is a drop, but together we form an ocean.

Be in that ocean and share this free information.

Give someone this gift of knowledge and inspiration.

This is the gift of our love.

Sometimes we feel as if we are drowning in sorrow.

At other times it feels as if we are riding a wave without a care in the world.

Do not rush your heart to heal.

Allow the swells to come.

When calm finally arrives, bless the pain and the lessons it brought.

In time you will feel better, stronger, and more resilient.

This time is a gift.

Let your heart express all the feelings that come.

You are making room for what is meant to come.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

What a wonderful way to spend 10 minutes, this guided meditation will guide you into a state of being able to really feel the gift of life.

Take some time to get comfortable and just begin to breathe.


For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
