Hello Followers,


Let us welcome this Thursday with a mindful world!



Did you know that science has proven that blue space including seas, rivers and lakes can positively affect our well-being?


Yes, indeed it has been proven.



The sight, sound, smell and feel of water calms our frazzled minds and bodies.


For this reason, water is a great aid to practicing mindfulness.


The next time you are in a blue space, put your worries to one side and focus instead on the physical sensations you are experiencing, such as the sound of crashing waves, the smell of salt in the air, the cool water against your skin or the ripples of a bubbling stream.



This relaxing exercise will help you to focus on the present moment and achieve a sense of inner quietness.


THE WORD OF THE DAY- STEP



Getting started and continuing down a path of challenging journey sometimes can be overwhelming and we do not know where to start.


This will lead you to feel overwhelmed with responsibility and pressure.



To move past this, you must learn to take things one step at a time.


Constantly move one foot in front of the other, and you will stay right on track!


Slowly but surely, you will eventually reach your destination.


Sometimes, we get ahead of ourselves and try to rush things.



This strategy might work in the short term, but it will not be sustainable when achieving long-term goals.


So, the key is not to rush but to take things slowly and methodically.


Plan things out and just do what is right in front of you.


You must also learn how to prioritize and get rid of the unnecessary.



These things may seem simple, but it is difficult for many people to follow.


When we experience setbacks along the way, we quickly get distracted and start disregarding the small steps we need to take.


We look at them as something time-consuming and become impatient wanting to see results immediately.


Sadly, this will lead to us missing our more important long-term goals.



Given this, it is crucial to have a laser-like focus regarding our process and plan of action.


Take it one step at a time and realize that through it, you will have more control over your progress!


Remember not to rush things to prevent yourself from going the wrong direction!
