Welcome Thursday!




 Embrace it all.


The uncertainty, the fear of change, growth, the challenges you may face.


The excitement, it all has a reason to lead you to who you are destined to be.



Whatever you do today is enough.


Whatever you felt today is valid.


Whatever you thought today is not to be judged.


Repeat the above each day.



THE WORD OF THE DAY- REST


 Healing takes time and effort.


Living takes time and a lot of energy.


A heart that is always listening and a mind that is always learning gets tired.



And when you are tired, you need to rest.


Makes sense!


 right?


Rest if it has been a while since you have given yourself that break.



You need to sleep to regenerate everything your body breaks down during the day.


It is how your systems can repair and rebuild themselves.


And it is nearly impossible to be well mentally, emotionally, physically, if you are not sleeping well.


Being kind enough to give yourself a break is the wise thing to do.



If you are not resting, you are not healing.

Rest is not earned; it is a necessity, as important to your body as water and air.


We often feel that we must work to be ready for rest, but we can and should give our body as much rest as it needs.


Leave aside productivity and laziness and make space for these requirements.



You do not have to fill every hour with business.


Stretch your limbs and ease your tension.


Relax your vigilance and tend to your body with care.
