The sun is but a morning star.

Hello Followers,


Almost the weekend, have a fun filled Thursday.

Let us be like the morning sun, get up and bring on the day!


The sun is a great metaphor for a beacon of light in the sky and the contrast between light and darkness in the world.


No matter what happens, the sun still rises each morning.

Sunshine means time in the life of people when they experience happiness, fulfillment, positivity, warmth, and compassion.


We also mention darkness together with sunshine as you would not appreciate all the good things in life without hardships.

Also, sunshine refers to kind, cheerful, and encouraging people we meet along the way.


Their nice attributes are contagious, be with them and you will also be the sunshine in someone else’s life.

EARLY MORNING LIGHT APPEARS on the horizon, painting the sky with cool hues of pink, lavender, and yellow.

Right before everything is illuminated, the sky looks like a watercolor painting.


As the sun continues to emanate, the cool hues change into a warm glow, illuminating everything with golden light.


We too can, like the sun, steadily turn up our radiance.

Allow time for slowness in the morning to calibrate your inner glow.


Be like the sun and let your warmth emanate.


PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.


Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.


It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.
