Happy Monday! When Dan and I woke up today, we started our Monday with a thought of what if MONDAY was the best day of the week!

We all are aware of the Monday fuss; Monday comes once in every week, and so do Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and other days of the week, then why only Monday is a dreadful day?


Maybe because nobody likes getting back to the grind after a chilling weekend.


Okay, I know it comes after Saturday and Sunday what you love, but how about you start enjoying your every day, regardless of your situation?

And What if MONDAY was the best day of the week! What if we have it all wrong?


Mondays are going to come round you just can’t wish the whole week away until you get to the weekend if you do that then you are going to wish your whole life away, and I don’t want that for you because that’s rubbish.


It’s not Mondays that you hate, it’s your job, it’s what’s going on in your world at that time.


Now the good thing is you can change it. Wherever you are; whatever you are doing, however, you seem to be; you can change it, you can change where you are, you can change what you are doing, you can change how you are, you can change your situation.

Start to appreciate the good. If you’re in a job you hate, fair enough we’ve all been there; we had to do things that we didn’t necessarily want to do but just work out how you’re going to get out of that condition. If you don’t like it though there’s a way but it might be hard. Still, there is a way so start planning how to build your empire in your spare time outside of your current situation.


If you’re whining and moaning about Monday morning or that you don’t want to go to your job or you don’t want to do what you’ve got to do, then you can change it.

Make these choices every Monday, and I promise you, Monday will become your new Friday.

The first reason why Mondays are great is it is a Fresh Start. It presents the promise of a new adventure, a chance to shine, and another opportunity to take your game, whatever that game may be, to the next level.


Stand Out is a secretive point out of the reasons why Mondays are great. Don’t waste your weekends as most people do, and thus you will see the magic; your Monday mornings will become so refreshing that you will shine bright like a star.


Many-a-times, people visit a grocery or a clothing store during the weekends or get their laundry done on Saturdays and Sundays, which fills up their stocks. Restocking your food and clothes will make you excited and delighted for your Monday mornings and your week ahead.


Mondays are a day for mistakes. Mistakes happen all the time, make it on a Monday. Because that way, you have the rest of the week to fix it, instead of worrying all weekend that by the time Monday rolls around, that mistake will be irreversible.


State of Mind is the primary point out of all the reasons why Mondays are great. Try to change the meaning of Monday to something motivational and inspirational.

So, if you think Mondays are fantastic and you have a lot of reasons why Mondays are great, then the universe is going to accept that and make your Mondays; rather your everyday awesome.

Have a great Monday. Have a fantastic Monday or Mondays.

Moving now to love, this topic is one that no one ever connects to health.


Some researchers suggest that love is a basic human emotion just like happiness or anger.


While others believe that it is a cultural phenomenon that arises partly due to social pressures and expectations.

Research has found that romantic love exists in all cultures, which suggests that love has a strong biological component. It is a part of human nature to seek out and find love. However, culture can significantly affect how individuals think about, experience, and display romantic love.

If someone doesn’t accept you now, it’s likely they won’t accept you later, either.


Don’t change for anyone. Even if you change everything they’re complained about, they’ll just make up a new list of things for you to work on.


Having a discussion and being honest with each other can do more than just salvage a relationship, it can save it. What is it you don’t like about each other?


Be open!


Can you each accept those things even if you’d prefer them to be different?


If the answer is no, then realize that this will be a recurring argument. Even if people make promises to change, and even if they really want to; it still takes time.


No sense in both of you being unhappy in the meantime about things that may or may not ever change. That – meantime- could be a whole lifetime away.

CONTINUING THE SERIES ON HOW SAFE IS MEXICO?

Dan and I grabbed an opportunity nine years ago, when we took on the adventure and moved to Mexico. Back then, we didn’t know what to expect, except that both of us were alive and ready for a change. We had been going to Tijuana for cancer treatments and knew somewhat what we were heading into. We ended up living in the center of the country however; better for travel purposes and it was nothing like what we had thought about. To this date, we are back in the states living in Virginia and what we took from Mexico was friendships, culture and understanding of their ways of life.

Through thousands of pictures that I took, Dan and I are showing how safe Mexico is. There is a saying ‘A picture is worth a thousand words’; this is so true! A picture tells a story just as well as, if not better than, a lot of written words.

Screwed up people are ordinary people who cause hurricanes in your emotions.


Who will change?

Choices can be taught that stop actions and reactions from spinning off to warp people and destroy relationships. Sick and shaky relationships can be transformed and revitalized.


A question you must ask yourself, do you want to transform the way you interact with people you label unfair, uncaring, off-base, judgmental, harsh, driven, wimpy, whinny, and/or clinging?


Most relationships don’t become screwed up because one person is doing it wrong. They become unhealthy because two people spin off each other.


Unhealthy relationships require two participants and at least one must be willing to change before anything can be done that offers the hope of a better relationship.


Again, it takes two people to create a screwed-up relationship.

As I end this blog, Dan and I for several years have shared our experiences with enjoying life while managing cancer. By keeping healthy, our routine daily has been walking (exercise), meditation (for stress), Qigong (exercise and for stress).

Yesterday we made a great find Green Hill Park. Great shaded path way for a walk along the river🏞️love this area, lots of parks to explore.


I know some will say they do not have enough time with work, kids and household chores!!!


Dan and I have put together videos from WALK AT HOME together on our website, that you can follow in home; when you have short periods of time and unable to go out. They are from 15 mins up to 30 mins depending on the miles. This is one of the first steps to making your cells happy!!
