You can only love when your heart is open.

Hello followers,

HAPPY WEEKEND!

When you are weighed down by life’s difficulties, the best way out is to open your heart to someone you trust.

By sharing your woes, you are better able to manage the pressure and stress.

This is one core way to stay healthy.

For Dan and me, staying true to ourselves while we were going through treatment; there were plenty of times that we both had to stay true to ourselves.

Through each journey along the way, we opened our hearts to, at that time, strangers.

Those strangers became our friends and ones we could trust.

The moral of our story is love, which is part of human nature, and it should not be a complicated thing.

However, because of a picture-perfect perspective on love or disappointing past experiences, it may come as a struggle to surrender your emotional walls and give it another chance.

Are you willing to open your heart and give it another chance?

This weekend, start by trusting your intuition and opening your heart to someone in need.

Check out some of our experiences on the page How Safe Is Mexico -

In capturing Mexico, I realized that all the warnings from the USA to go to Mexico was not true.

Mexico, just like the United States has different climates and as well crime in different places.

So, when they stated that Mexico was unsafe, that was not all true.

We live in a world that has good and evil; you just must know what areas are good.

Just like when we decided to move back to the states, Virginia; Roanoke area suited our needs and is right at the entrance of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

The past three years, I have been posting areas that Dan and I have visited and thought how many of us know just what took place back during the Civil War.

Dan and I have decided to dedicate the rest of this year with our experiences and knowledge of the Civil War, through museums and to the countryside where many soldiers died to give us freedom in America.

Let us not ever forget what took place and why it happened in the first place.

And I welcome you to visit Mexico, the Guadalajara area, and Virginia if you have not yet done so.

Both places have so much history that date way, way back

Continuing with a town near where Dan and I live, Salem.

On March 30, 1838, the County of Roanoke, with Salem was established by the General Assembly.

Then April 19, 1841, a brick courthouse at Main and Walnut Street was formally occupied by the Roanoke County Court.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

The book is SUNRISE GRATITUDE by Emily Silva.

WE ALL WANT TO BELONG and feel accepted.

There is a spark inside you that makes you unique.

People are lucky to know you.

Take down the walls you have built to protect your heart.

If you have been hurt before, release the path of those memories, and do the work to mend the place where the wound began.

Not everyone is supposed to stay in our lives, but the ones who stay are worthy of our hearts.

Open your heart to those people.

Love and acceptance are on the other side of the wall.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.

If you would like to follow with us; hash tag words #walk, #meditation #Qigong on the right of the main blog page.

Until Sunday, the only way you can be held is if your hands are open.

The only way you can love or to be loved is if your heart is open.

HAVE A WONDERFUL WEEKEND.
