HAPPY WEEKEND!




Everything you do can be done better from a place of relaxation.


This weekend makes silence part of your life.



Close your eyes and listen mindfully for one minute to all the sounds around you.


For one minute, you have nothing else to do.


Just listen.


You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment.

You are only here for a short visit.


Do not hurry.


Do not worry.



And be sure to smell the flowers along the way.


And the fresh air!

A breath of fresh air on top of a mountain, a beach or in a garden can be a blessing.


The fresh breeze energizes you and refreshes your spirit.


The serenity and beauty of a windy day soothes your soul and helps you appreciate the beauty of nature.



Fresh air is as good for the mind as for the body.


Nature always seems to try to talk to us as if it had some great secret to tell.

And so, it has.


There's evidence that nature, breath of fresh air is a crucial part of our wellbeing.



Studies show that spending time in nature improves cognition, lowers stress, and boosts your mood.


Time to go out and breathe that fresh air!
