Every thought you think counts, so do not waste your precious thoughts.

Every positive thought brings good into your life, every negative thought pushes good away.

It keeps it just out of your reach.

If you want to make a conscious effort to live a beautiful life and maintain a positive mental attitude, use affirmations such as these to let go of negative thoughts:

I am worthy of love today and every day.

I think good things instead of worst-case scenarios.

My best qualities are gifts to the universe.

The manifestation of life we desire can easily be compared to sowing seeds.

A seed sprouts depending on whether it has been thrown into fertile ground or sand, and the same goes for our soul's desire.

For the seeds to sprout and grow, they need a healthy, fertile land, without unnecessary control, which on the level of the mind are the outlived patterns, fears, and limitations we have taken upon ourselves as our own.

Just like the farmer ploughing his field and enriching the soil, it is up to us to maintain the best possible conditions for the sprouting and development of our being.

Let us remove the rocks and sand from our field, maintain the fertile soil, devote the time to caring for our spirit and mind, and our field of life will prosper in abundance.

When you have balance in your life, work becomes an entirely different experience.

There is a passion that moves you to a whole new level of fulfillment and gratitude, and that is when you can do your best for yourself and for others.

It is filled with challenges that test our resilience, moments that take our breath away, and opportunities that push us toward growth.
