Hello Followers,

Wow, it is Thursday!

Whether it is a day you wish you had stayed in bed, or you just happen to be searching for more direction today.

For Dan and me all it takes is a few words of wisdom from each other to push us in the right direction.

And do not forget, motivation determines the course of our lives, and if you could use some help manifesting your desires, this will help you jumpstart the happy life you envisioned for yourself.

No matter what situation you are dealing with, you are sure to find inspiration in family and friends that speak power to your current challenges and help lift your chin up just a little higher.

Sometimes, the only limit to success is the limit you set yourself.

Continuing as in the previous posts; 365 morning meditations for joyful days all year long.

NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS can be addictive, yet they hold us back.

Are some of your thought’s patterns holding you back?

Retrain your brain to think positively.

When negative thoughts come up, recognize it, stop the thought, and replace it with a positive one.

The more you practice, the easier it is to rework negativity.

Try this daily and notice how your thoughts change from negative to more positive.

PHRASE TO REMEMBER; Health is Wealth.

We stand by this and continue to do daily; walk, meditation, Tai Chi, and Qigong.

Dan and I have started back bouncing and walking to Walk at Home YouTube.

It is always important to change your routine around you but continue keeping a healthy lifestyle.

For us, that may be walking through a park, walking in a mall, or going to the gym and just staying home, bouncing, and walking to Walk at Home with YouTube.

This also includes daily meditation and twice a week Tai Chi.
